Think back and find something positive that has happened recently in your life. Something as small as giving out an address to someone still counts on making a change in someone's life for the better. Try to remember the good things that are happening in your life and focus less on the bad things. Always remember that there's good in life! Negativity piles up and you might find yourself drowning in a sea of pessimism and not remember that life is not all ups, it does have downs too! These aren't empty words, I'm with you on the same boat and this is how I handle it. I truly hope they help you too my friend! :)

Think back and find something positive that has happened recently in your life. Negativity piles up and you might find yourself drowning in a sea of pessimism and not remember that life is not all ups, it does have downs too!
