The vest looks amazing, but the prices range from $100-300. $300 for the one I’d get. They are asking for wayyyyyyyyy too much. Honestly, the Pro should be around $80 and the Max should be around $120. For the prices they’re setting for the vest I’d expect them to come with the max weights, but I’m not seeing any plates included. They’re most likely transferring the cost of marketing over on to the consumer which is ridiculous.
That’s a perfect routine. I personally do two upper body days and two leg days. Have one upper day dedicated to back strength as the first exercise, and one for the chest. Then hammer out volume to failure. Eat in a 200-300 calorie surplus, eat whole food. You’re golden.
@@koolmc8786That’s similar to what I do, I would actually do upper every 2 days with Saturday and Sunday off. 2 sets per exercise to absolute failure will yield the same strength and muscular stimulation as going 2RER 3x per week, but ultimately up to you. 2x per week with moderate volume isn’t optimal for overall muscular growth, but it is optimal for guaranteed recovery and strength gains.
Merry Christmas in advance, gentleman!

Thank you for the honest review, this product with a lot of weight definitely seemed sus. I will definitely be buying a weight belt instead of this.
Merry Christmas

Can I get jacked from 2 upper body days a week consisting of 3 sets push-ups, pull-ups, rows, dips and video curls?

@ do you think if I did 2 sets of those movements every second day (so upper 3 times a week), do u think that would still yield great progress?

@@koolmc8786Overall, both will yield great results, just be in a 200-300 calorie surplus
Video curls?
I've had this vest for years.. barley use it LOL I use my belt all the time.
What belt?
How much did you originally buy it for? They’re asking for $300, no weights included. Seems insane
