@@teri03 I believe so. Yesterday's quake felt stronger than a 4.4. There was a 4.4 quake in Pacoima on 7-30-2020 and I did not feel a thing, which makes no sense. The 1994 Northridge quake felt like the Big One. I was on the Universal Studios Earthquake ride 2 days before that one. the Northridge quake felt stronger than the ride. The earthquake in Japan in 2011 was a 9.1 and it lasted for six minutes… 😳

An earthquake registering at 7 isn't that bad. The other parts of the world that are in subduction zones etc have huge 9 and 10s.
