    Today I'm sharing a recipe that turns mangoes from a simple snack into a spectacular dessert.
    With this dessert recipe, you can enjoy the refreshing benefits of this summer fruit any day of the year.
    This eggless, gelatin-free mango dessert can be made in just 10 minutes, and the ingredients are super easy to get. So come and try to do it.

    Ingredients:
    120g Biscuits
    25g Melted butter
    1 Mango
    _ 250g Mascarpone
    50g Sugar
    75ml Heavy cream
    1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    Instructions:
    1. To make the biscuit base, finely crush the biscuits by putting into a sealed plastic bag and bashing with a rolling pin (alternatively, pulse to crumbs using a food processor)
    2. Pour the melted butter over the biscuit crumbs and mix, until thoroughly combined
    3. Put the crumb mixture into a mold and press down evenly with your fingers or using a spoon
    4. Cut the mango into small cubes
    5. Blend the mango cubes using an immersion blender until smooth
    6. In a bowl, put 250g Mascarpone
    7. Add 50g Sugar
    8. Add 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    9. Mix well
    10. Add 75ml Heavy cream
    11. Mix well
    12. Spread the mascarpone cream on the surface of the biscuits
    13. Pour the Mango coulis on top
    14. You can refrigerate it if you want

    We use digestive biscuits or ginger nuts biscuits in London. Please confirm what brand of your biscuits. Thanks from London

    Have you ever tried making with Pakistani mangoes....... Do try it... You will love it..😋😋.. And will never use other mangoes..

      @@futuzucooking we have Indian Gujarati Junagadh mango kesar and alphanso , from April to late June at every Indian shops then Pakistani mangoes come in many shops, All are delicious. My friend said White chapel areas,mangoes are sold cheaper than Kingsbury shops.
