1/32 Kingfisher on a float.. what a beautiful model!! Another camera test. If you would like to contribute to the channel.. please look here.. / nigelsmodellingbench
Looks delightful, Nigel. Looking forward to seeing the build some time at your leisure. There are a lot of videos on RUclips dealing with white balance. It'll be quicker having a watch of some of them rather than someone trying to write it all here.
There is a true Kitty Hawk problem if they haven't fixed the molds. When you go to install the rocker covers on the engine, you will need a left-hand and a right-hand that are mirror images. The supplied parts are all the same.
@@NigelsModellingBench hopefully they have. I have incorrect rockers and a short shot on the ignition ring, but I've had the kit for at least two years. Got discouraged just building the engine.
Hiya Nige another great review - new camera is looking sweet especially the fast focus 😊 Got a question from a wee while back, I know you're a Buff buff (!), having seen your review of the GWH 1/144 B-52.. did you get a chance (or already have made a video) of the Academy 1/144 B-52? I'd be really interested to hear your thoughts in comparing the two - both new tool etc. I had the pleasure of seeing/inspecting a B-52 in person at the Avalon airshow a few years back (in Victoria, Australia). It flew in from Guam, and was the 'New World Order' beast. I've got a bunch of up-close photos and happy to share if you'd like. Cheers from Australia, Robbie.
What a difference a camera makes. So much better, Nigel. I have an opinion here. I don't understand the point in Reviewing a kit that is not easy to find from a company that are no longer producing kits.
Killer camera Nigel, 2 thumbs up!! Cheers!
Hi Nigel, really enjoying your channel mate. Love your knowledge on the subjects and appreciate the time you take share it with us 👍
Thanks 👍
Hi Nigel, Good to see you're giving the new camera a work out.
Yes, thanks
Oh wow Nigel just came across this love this kit and great review
Looks like a very nice kit. I prefer the look of the RAF version.

Nigil, hello from USA and your audio is vastly improved with your new Sony camera. Bravo!
A pair of these aircraft are being restored to flying condition at Ardmore Airfield NZ...
Ugly but cool plane. Model looks top notch for what you paid. Sound was good only white balance needs adjusting. As you stated

I'll check my sprues.. they corrected the MH- SH-60 moulds?

Hi Robbie. The Academy kit has teardrop shaped wing tanks and the nose looks off to me.. so.. I wont be buying it I'm afraid.
@@NigelsModellingBench legend ~ that's decided it for me too. Cheers mate.!
