Adam, I was hoping to hear when in the swing is it appropriate to FULLY load the right leg. I have been experimenting with starting to " squash the bug" when the club gets parallel to the ground on backswing. What do you think?
@@PorzakGolf Adam, I apologize. I meant to say left Lead leg. (I'm a right hand golfer). I should check my text before hitting send. Sorry. Thanks so much for your response.
Great information...I move my right knee towards my left knee which emulates where it goes at impact. Gary Player and Johnny Miller preach this pre-set position. At that point I start my left shoulder from about a17 degree open left shoulder position which gives me a wide arc and vitiates the proper swing sequence without having to think.
Since I can’t stand on the hammer when I play a round of golf should I just turn my right foot inward and work more so my heel is outside more of the ball of my foot.
Thanks Louis, we like to keep things realistic as possible. Just do a few practice swings loading and keeping that pressure there, then step up and hit it!! Thanks for watching and the support!
Ah left hip bump just causes me to thin the Jeggings off it. I am assuming that is to do with the poor pressure shift though. I now have think about turning the right foot off the ground in the follow through. I don’t do it and all kinds of misses start to happen 😂
They always say to keep the weight on the balls of your feet which are closer to your toes than to say even the middle of your foot but what I noticed is in my finished position it's hard for me to get on my lead heel with my toes up My weight is usually more out towards my lead toes in a finished position
Too flat is not good, we like to see the lead arm match the shoulder plane. But we have to start from the setup and work our way back first. Too upright of a setup can help lead to a too flat of a backswing.
We like the lower body to stay a little more posted up toward the target while our upper body and chest turns over the back foot via a great reverse K setup!
How's your lower body in your swing?! bit.ly/PorzakFreeVids
Love this! For me taking swings on a downslope gives the same feel.
Awesome! Thanks for watching and sharing!!

Love this episode, so much important concepts here❤
Thank you!

The weight should load to the deepest point of your trail foot Instep at the same time your body is done turning and your arms stop moving!

Elbow in is NOT I TO THE BODY. THIS IS 🔑. THANKS ADAM
Tom Watson always says that kicking the trail knee in at set up is a must

good stuff!
Thanks Rob!
This is an issue I deal with and it is so hard to break out of this habit. Still working on it but you’d think it would be easier to fix.

Can you explain more about that hip tip?
Which one Nuno?
I find the left hip little bump at set up like you mention on your other videos to eliminate that for me.

Great
So he tends to keep his right knee over his right foot and should be inside his right foot?
Bingo
Adam - this guy is pretty flat in his backswing. I am also. Any issues you have with that or all good?

Seems like a modified "Stack and Tilt",

@@PorzakGolf Still, Stack and Tilt. Accuracy w/o power. That's why the pros shun it.
👍👍👍
THANKS MARK!!
Start the downswing from that same foot, let everything else follow
His left arm keeps bending as he nears impact. It should be straight
why? koepka, spieth have lead arms bended at impact
Or just stand on your wedge...
That swing is painful to watch. Twist your spine! GEESH!
Your the best coach I have seen on you cube is there any tip how to draw the ball with th driver Adam👍⛳️🏌🏿♂️🏌🏿♂️
On downswing keep your head back and swing the club Shaft to your back!
