What is the best find you have ever found at a thrift store? Enjoy this episode? You'll probably like this one too: ruclips.net/video/ERtRPYsBWF8/видео.html
I found a golf club made of wood, I had a good friend that played golf so I just gave it to him, I think it was $1.99 but 50% off! If it was worth anything as an antique that would have been fine, but I doubt that he would ever part with it.
We found a pair of Banana Republic trouser cut jeans for my daughter for $6 that looked brand new. I looked them up and they were $100+ new from the store. Three of my daughters wore those jeans before they were worn out. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth from that pair of jeans! 😃
My very best ever thrift store find was pre-Covid when I found a pair of Gorham Chantilly Duchess 3 light sterling silver candelabras several years ago. They were solid black with tarnish. I turned one over looking for the maker’s mark. I rubbed the center of the base with my thumb. That was when I saw the Gorham name and sterling on each of them. I paid a grand total of $6.00 for the pair. Came home and looked them up online. They were worth $1100.00 at the time. I polished them up and still have them and use them in my home. You can bet that I look at every piece of anything that remotely looks like silver now.
I about died when I saw you grab the Stiffel lamps and talk about changing them. Then I kept watching and breathed a sigh of relief when you realized how much they were worth! Nice find!!!
ABSOLUTELY agree with your decision to leave those lamps AS IS! my Mom had a few pairs of Stiffel lamps when I was growing up. Source it another lamp shade and sell them! Start a new crafting bank account or buy a new set of tires for your Escalade!😁
I cannot believe how packed with “stuff” that thrift store is! I live near Dallas, Tx and I have never seen a thrift store so packed with quality looking items. I might have to head to Florida to thrift! 😂
I live in Richardson and I agree. Our thrift stores are terrible here. I did go to Cleburne last month and found some good stuff at the antique stores there and Burleson. I won’t ever give my donations to Goodwill again. At one store they have you load up your donations in a semi truck to take somewhere else.
Love the 3 minute challenges! Just watched Lisa take the mustard lamp base and the green velvet box to new heights. 😍The Stiffel lamps are beautiful. Shocking what gets donated sometimes. That blue lantern really got a fine glow up painted black with the designs you made for the glass panels! You're so talented and I enjoy watching your channel.
Love love love the lamp planter! Very high-end looking! That planter vase looks so good on your dining table! ❤❤ The Ballard lantern dupe is genius!!😮 Congratulations to your friend Leslie on winning the 3-minute challenge. Wish you would have found the Stiffle lamps sooner.😢 Those were a steal!! Take care beautiful lady and God bless you and yours! ❤❤
I love these 3 minute challenges . Just WOW on the lamps. I love what you did with your thrifted flip's Nate Lee. Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. 🌹🤗🌹💓💕💞
Natalee, I watched the video regarding your TikTok purchases. I ordered 4 of the tulips and 2 brass candle sticks. I put 2 bunches of tulips in a Fostoria Americana cylinder vase. Then put white candles in the holders. I placed them on an entryway table under a soft gold oval ornate mirror and with a soft gold lamp. It looks absolutely amazing. Even my husband was impressed. I ordered some battery operated candles for my lanterns. They didn’t have the package of 5 so they sent me a larger package of 9. Looks great, too. Thanks for sharing this with me.
Always do the three minute challenge! So fun! That lantern turned out so good! Love the design. Looking forward to your back porch makeover too! Have a lovely weekend!
The lamp is absolutely gorgeous! The ferns in it is beautiful! Wow, the Pottery Barn dupe is beautiful! I love your dupe on the lantern, much better than there’s! Stunning! 🩵🩵🩵
I LOVE shopping with you! These videos are always my favorite. You did such an amazing job with all of your items. I'm so grateful you didn't pick some of those CRAZY items! Love you lady!
OMG!! I watched Lisa first and wished someone would get those lamps and now I’m watching you and you have them Good Girl luv watching the both of you!😁
So glad you Google Lens the lamps! What a buy at the thrift store for sure. Love the Cricut design on the lantern. Stunning and very budget friendly too. You girls make thrifting so much more fun! Great video!
I need to get back to hitting the thrift stores again. I've gotten a few nice things in the past and I love vintage tea cups & saucers. Thanks for sharing your makeover of the lanterns towards the end. I have white ones from Ikea that I can spray paint black and adhere the vinyl decal - great dupe! I almost donated them to Goodwill and now I can breathe new life into them.
NataLee that lantern is epic. Good eyes you've got. 🎉🎉🎉 Congrats. Now you just have to find the glass top for that expensive pair and sell it. Great find. 👌👍
Ohhhhh please do the three minute challenge again. It looks like so much fun. You ladies are very cute. I like your idea of the temporary wall for concealing the BBQ area on your patio.👍
Bravo Natalee…First I just wanna say Your Smile is huge you look so happy, your videos always make me happy, and a wee bit jealous as our thrifting shops here in Scotland are nothing compared to the ones you have😂 I love watching you create and your dupes to me anyways are better than the originals. Thank you for giving me inspiration and belief that I CAN DO IT, what ever my IT may be💜💜💜🏴
Happy Mother’s Day to you Jennifer!!! I’m so sorry your mother is no longer here with you. I can tell how much you love and miss her!!! My mother and I are very close as well, I can’t even imagine her not here with me!!😢 your videos make me so happy and I always get a good laugh! I think that great journal book you got Presley would be so cute with the bright colored popcucle sponge and the bright color makeup bag that says “beautiful” would all look so cute together as a gift. 😉
Your table looks better than the Kelly Clarkson table. Your wood tone is warmer and nicer. The design on the top of hers is pointless when it's going to be covered by decor. Love the thrift store lamp turned planter. I had no idea what you could do with a lamp that big. lol I also like your Ballard lantern better. I like your top better. Love the 3-minute challenge. Congratulations Leslie!
I was going to say… those look like stifle lamps. I remember my mom telling me that they have been top of the line and made extremely well even thirty years ago when I was a young wife.
Love your videos! May I please make a suggestion, your scone shades in your new lovely studio just disappear into the wall. Maybe a color, or cover the shades with matching fabric from the baskets below? Hope you don’t mind me saying that. You rock!
NataLee on the back patio area between the grill and sofa I'm thinking a half wall with the upper having large 3/4"X12" louvers you could open or close for privacy.
Those vintage Stiffel lamps are in beautiful shape ! Please don't hurt them , just sell them if you don't want them .. someone will treasure them just the way they are ..
Oh my goodness that poor girl doesn't realize Silver Plate tarnishes just as bad, good luck to her❤❤❤ plus it's stamped silver plate or sterling silver 925
...an oil painting for $2.99 that shows four bills on the internet 🥳🥂and scades of other nic nac paddy wacks.. looking great NataLee you're awesome take care thanxox forthe great episode Bon EKA CA USA 🌲
Great video…can you link the site you use to get your estimate on what you finds might be worth. Thanks …love the ways your thrift items turned out…have a blessed day💗💗💗
Architect Edwin J. Cole designed for the Stiffel company. It's unfortunate that the beauty and value of these lamps goes unrecognized. I own a similar pair and no matter how many times I've redecorated these lamps are timeless.
Great fun with good friends. Those lamps might be worth $1800 but man are they ugly IMO. I used to volunteer at a furniture warehouse where folks with newly found housing came to furnish their “new” homes. I’d say we had tons of lamps in similar style that got left behind. Would like to know what your plan for them was??? Great video and can’t wait to see what you do with the gold cage type thing. Have a great weekend🌷🪴🌷
Natalee, have you had any trouble with your trim falling off of your garage doors? I had one of the center pieces fall off when I opened my garage door yesterday. Thank you, Pauline/Kansas❤
I am following up to see if you had the opportunity to allow the downloads in your store Decorative Mullion Window would love to try on one of my lanterns. Been trying to search in Cricut since I follow you but no luck. Love watching you and getting ideas for my home.
They drive me nuts. Is there a way to change how they sit? They are always spinning and it makes me so crazy. If you know any secrets, please do share.
@@designedtothenines yes, see how they are resting now? Just swap their places, one for another and they will fall into that place, but sitting at the proper angle from each other. Just swap them.
Hi I have 2 lanterns with plain glass …I can’t find the cricut you used and I can’t work the cricut that well to design one do you have any help or advice …uk based follower xx
The 3 minute challenge looks like fun. My sister would win blindfolded. That girl can sniff out treasures ❤❤❤. She has found some favorite places to shop in TN and she comes up with insane finds. The lamps had me rolling at the price. Your flips were great Natalee.
Do u think you’ll sell or keep the $1809 lamps, wow what a great find!👍 I looked in your amazon storefront but Cant find the artificial fern plants u have in your back porch. Are those from Amazon?
I see shades like you need for the lamp all the time when I'm thrifting. And I have 3 in my stash! If you cant find one, let me know. I can send you one.
I am remodeling my kitchen on a house we just bought it is very dated i have in mind kind of what id like to do but i am confused on what paint color i should use or put where i would love to email you pics of the kitchen with the new floors and paint samples i like and get your opinion before i start the process

Just revisited your video and heard you say "google maps".
Twice I've found brand-new 'My Brest Friend' nursing pillows for $5 each.
I about died when I saw you grab the Stiffel lamps and talk about changing them. Then I kept watching and breathed a sigh of relief when you realized how much they were worth! Nice find!!!
Me too. I recognized them right away. I love Stiffel.
I was glad I caught that too. I would’ve died when people told me in the comments that I had just destroyed valuable lamps.😅
ABSOLUTELY agree with your decision to leave those lamps AS IS! my Mom had a few pairs of Stiffel lamps when I was growing up. Source it another lamp shade and sell them! Start a new crafting bank account or buy a new set of tires for your Escalade!😁
I was so surprised when you found the stiffel lamps!! Believe it or not, I own two of them too! They were inherited. I love them!

I cannot believe how packed with “stuff” that thrift store is! I live near Dallas, Tx and I have never seen a thrift store so packed with quality looking items. I might have to head to Florida to thrift! 😂
There are consignment shops that are giving away estate furniture. Tampa Bay by the beach ❤
They r packed with stuff because they are too expensive!

San Antonio thrift stores are full of outdated frames, misc. Dishes and mugs -- nothing like these DIY ladies find.
Florida has awesome finds

They are gorgeous very expensive Stiffel lamps.

My favorite way of “cast iron” look is to do the the “texture” spray paint a light coat then a flat black spray paint over that
Great suggestion! I love it.

the bowl looks more like silver plate. was it stamped 925? if plated the tea set would be the winner. fun challenge though.
Hi Natalie, you are looking really well. Hope your health has improved! 😊
Where did you find the artificial ferns?
On your two patio “wicker” swivel chairs, swap them side to side so they will rest in the right proclivity, if you know what I mean (?)
