Mzee thinks military is a solution to everything. He has forgotten that the global z digital .
The police need to be better equipped with latest technology n build better police stations n start collecting data n finger prints of any criminal captured and also invest more in the CID department and have a complete free strong forensic department. Coz you can find that all these crimes and murders are committed by a small and same group of people through out but due to lack of data collection centers the police can hardly investigate and link all the pieces together.
