    As a native English speaker online, it’s easy to forget that the majority of internet users have a different first language.
    In other words, if your website solely caters to English speakers, you could be excluding a significant number of users or customers. So by adding translations into your website, you can connect with a more global audience.

    do these plugins make subpage for each language? for example /ch for chinese /en for english, /it for italian etc?

    • @Barn2Plugins
      @Barn2Plugins  2 месяца назад

      Hello there! Thanks for asking. MultilingualPress creates a subdomain or subdirectory for each language variant. Polylang has the ability to bifurcate versions of your website into subdomains for each language. You can see this mentioned in our article included in the video description: barn2.com/blog/translator-plugin-for-wordpress/ . I believe WPML also uses a subdomain or subdirectory of your website's domain name for the translations. I suggest you look up whether this feature you're asking about is available for each translation plugin by browsing their documentation or reaching out to their support. I hope this helps point you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Best regards, -Edge

    Immersive translate is a free plugin. I recently came to know of it. I'd rate it as the best AI translation tool. It translates documents such as Pdfs and webpages. It also generates Video and movie subtitles.

    • @Barn2Plugins
      @Barn2Plugins  Месяц назад

      Hi @user-ow7tb4ph9x. Thanks for asking! According to Polylang's website, you need Polylang (or Polylang Pro) and the add-on Polylang for WooCommerce.
      See: polylang.pro/doc/is-polylang-compatible-with-woocommerce/
      To ensure compatibility with other e-commerce plugins, you can reach out to their support for more information.
      I hope this helps. You can also reach us at our Support Center (barn2.com/support-center/) if you have questions about our plugins.

    WPML isn't 99 a year. It's 99 a year if you want support past the first year.

    • @Barn2Plugins
      @Barn2Plugins  7 месяцев назад

      Hi there. All of the prices from WPML include Support and updates in a yearly basis. You can see that the $99/year offers more feature than its starting price of $39/year. Please check out their prices at wpml.org/purchase/. Thanks! - Keza

      @@Barn2Plugins So if I pay only $99 and don't renew, I would still be allowed to use it but don't get support or updates, right?

      @@NicholasWongCQ It's very risky not to pay for updates. It would be akin to not updating software on your computer.

    I wish these videos talked about the other costs. With one of these, you only get 2000 words free. If you have 200 products and 10 languages, you can spend up to 1000 dollars a year. What do you do when you just get started? if i had 1000 products? i pay more for a bad translation than in taxes? I used GTranslate for Italian. I did a horrible job at translating

    • @Barn2Plugins
      @Barn2Plugins  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, @wrkhrvst. Thanks for your input. I understand your concern with costs, especially when just getting started. Sorry to hear your experience with GTranslate wasn't great. I suggest you consider using free translation plugins such as Weglot or Loco Translate - at least at first. You can also look up the details about any limitations in coverage (such as whether the plugin can accommodate the number of products that you have). I hope you'll understand that we don't mention other costing because these often fluctuate and coverage/terms vary greatly between plugins. Cheers, -Edge
