The instrument of accession was signed in Oct 1947, and our constitution was implemented on 26th January 1950. So the 370 was given by the Indian constitution to Kashmir, not by Kashmir to India. So it was the right of India to keep it abrogated. The argument given by my dear brother from Kashmir that 370 was and always part of Kashmir seems to me doubtful. The truth is, it was a political term which was always used by politicians to keep our Kashmiri peoples local issues aside, and give them a blind hope. Kashmir is always the taj of India. Vote for the candidate who is talking about development not the political jumla.

The problem was the cruelties of India, non solution of Kashmir dispute, non recognition of rights of Kashmiris. Kashmir is not the land of India. Kashmir is internationally recognised dispute. Now India weather abrogates 370 or does not abrogates, it is irrelevant. UNSC resolution prevails on everything.
