  • seafood street restaurants at Jordan night market, Hong Kong. Many vendors offer a variety of crab (most popular are spicy or black pepper), fish (steamed or grilled), prawns (same), and shellfish dishes outdoors on the street. This area is always packed out with both locals, ex pats and tourists, chatting and drinking beer late into the night. Video ends with a quick trip around the night market stalls, selling mainly tourist tat such as cheap copy handbags, sunglasses, Chinese tea sets, chopsticks, etc.
To get there take MRT to Jordan station, Exit A for Yue Hwa Emporium, turn right outside on the street and follow signs to market.

you can get a steamed fish for 80-100 HKD depending on size; crab and prawns are more pricy - crabs are 2pcs for 350-400 HKD and 8pcs shrimp for 100 HKD remember all prices are by weight (per kilo Kg) generally prices are not too bad but this is a tourist spot and you do pay a little more for the location

It's expensive. Local people won't go there for dinner.

I think some operators may try it on but normally this area is ok however go through the menu with waitress first and ask the prices for all dishes/drinks; after the meal get a breakdown of the bill otherwise they will just write the total on a bit of paper

Hong Kong Central Kowloon, halfway between Jordan and Yau Ma Tei. Take an underground train (MTR) to Jordan station. Once leaving the MTR Station at Exit A you will find yourself on Jordan Road, near the corner with Nathan Road. Turn to the right and walk along Jordan Road for 3 blocks. The entrance to Temple Street is on the right and well marked with a large red Chinese gateway.
