Does yelling work to aggro in PVE? You tell me!

I am not sure what to think of this situation. I think it might help to aggro, but I am not sure. Tell me your opinion on the events that unfold.

So it works with PMC and AI scavs

@SuperShanX it seems like it, not sure if it just makes them com back or actually agro will do more testing on it to make sure cause my buddy did shoot in the direction of them too with the blicky.... but it does help to figure out where ai is cause the com back
