I believe that my father killed all 3 women I loved most in this world.
    Let’s bring him to justice.)

    …………
I am about to call the police and report my father for a multitude of crimes.
From murdering my birth mother 4 months ago (Patricia Peterson), to new information regarding the death of Kathleen Peterson. And a whole lot more.

All this after she had given him nearly 190K to cover his legal fees. 3 women died while he was the only one there?? There are no such insane coincidences. How did his father make him not sober? How did his dad make him a bad boyfriend? He's going on about how his dad and Kathleen had a great relationship but then said that Kathleen was about to leave him. And he spends the whole time saying he is going to call the cops and get his dad arrested, which never happens. And he's trying to say his dad is a serial killer because he somehow forced Patty to have a heart attack? And apparently Todd is known as the toughest guy in all the land according to Todd? mike: no son i can’t sit here continuously give you money to help w bills etc when it ends up in your nose!

Mike- Ok Todd good luck. I hope you get tons of views son. I love you son.
Todd- I’m not fucken around dad i’m opening up the door.
    Mike- Ok love you todd.
Todd- I’m serious i’m walking down the stairs dad
    Mike-🦗🦗🦗🦗
Todd- Ok i’m opening up RUclips now dad!
    It’s for real this time!
Then this recording starts. Amazing Michael has never talked bad about any of his kids. This dude is trying to convince everyone he is sober. All the addicts just need the first 3min to know the truth. Todd u don’t like ur dad, hate his guts etc? then don’t talk to him ever again. Blasting him on social media?!?! Makes u look like a spoiled little brat who just got told no by a parent. Your father deserves peace and respect. Even if he is guilty this show ur putting does nothing.

@@stephanieb6006 I think so too although rage at one's parents expressed nonviolently can mimic being both high and unhinged. He is clearly unhinged in his other FB videos; doesn't seem high in other videos. Poor guy appears to have no life or at least not a balanced one. People mock him as entitled but people need to understand the fall from one's baselines whatever they might have been is not about entitlement. It's a fall especially when one falls because they can't function properly which he clearly cannot. if he likes women he should find himself a woman when ready. Recently on his FB page, you see him with both his mother and father and he acted like the same thoughtful young man as he was pictured during the entire Staircase series, hence he still has a southern charm about him when he feels well. I wish him luck and he's going to need it to recover. This is quite disturbing to watch in the clip on many levels. Clearly he is a bright guy with a lot of passions but angry as hell which I believe is understandable. The brother appears to have settled down many years ago. If what Todd says about the brother's drinking is true nevertheless, it seems the brother is functioning. The brother had an atrocious past during his college years serving several years on very serious felony charges. Perhaps that "scared the brother straight" as the expression goes .

Hi Todd, just wanted to send you a message of support. You've been through something no human being should ever have to experience, so please be gentle with yourself and forgive yourself for past mistakes. You are not the person that environment made you. You are the person who is making choices today and trying to do what's right. I hope your sobriety is going well and I respect you so much for choosing to make those changes. That takes so much guts, even if there are setbacks. I wanted you to know how special it is that you want so badly to be a good person. That speaks for itself. Most people couldn't care less what sort of a person they are, but you have a strong moral compass, as well as the acceptance that in the past you've not always been the person you wanted to be. You caring about this tells me you're a good person. You are striving every day to be better, and that's all anyone can ask for. With all you've endured, it's a miracle that you are here now trying to do what is right. You have my complete respect on that score. I hope you find peace and happiness. x

Why would you want to document such a tragedy. I feel sorry for the kids who also had to be filmed, in the same house as Kathleen died, with the blood still on the walls. I can’t imagine going past where she died everyday and seeing that. I would be traumatised. I’m assuming they were not allowed to clean this because the jury were coming to see it. He seemed very bothered about his Dad texting him about the insurance. He is still a child and seems overly worried about his Dads reactions. I think this was about getting at his Dad. I bet he didn't even talk to the police. Again, I believe his Dad to be guilty. This kid is a mess and likely knows a lot and likely won't tell. He's got some twisted relationship with his Dad but until he gets himself together, he's just basically bluffing & it has everything to do with getting Dads attention; for the moment. Dad has successfully f'd up his kid and successfully killed 3 women, imo. I hope the kid can get his crap together to a point he gives actual evidence and meaningful coherent truth to people who matter. He may be scared because he was involved in some way. I watched episode one and right from the very start, I knew Michael Peterson had done it.
It didn't matter how many episodes tried to show he was not guilty, that begining sentence made me realize he was a liar.
    The smoking Gun was
First Epiosde first five minutes in, he says something very strange.
According to him, she says : Iv'e got to go in because Iv'e got a conference call in the morning.
He says, he'd said good night and he'd be there later.
Then he says 'That was the last time, I saw Kathleen alive, then he turns and says No.
Then he tells us that she was alive when he found her.
    Guilty as charged your honor.
Joking aside, 'I'm sorry that your father did those things.
You will heal from this, and I hope that justice is served, because in the end, two beautiful women had their lives taken from them needlesly.
God bless you, and if you believe, may Jesus give you his peace and strength for the coming days.
    Will pray for you.

@@robotstonka7118 Uh, yeah that's exactly what they wrote. What do you think "put him back in jail where he belongs" means? It means the OP knows his Dad is a murderer who "murdered" Kathleen. Passing away is the broad term for "dying". You do not see many death notices that say "so and so was murdered" "so and so was bludgeoned to death", so and so was stabbed to death by the butler in the library". No, a nice way to say they died (regardless of how) is to say "passed away". Passed away is an umbrella term. You clearly see later that they know it was murder. Even some newspapers say "how" they passed away during the bio or at the end will say "foul play is suspected" or some families prefer not to say as they want to celebrate the life, not how they died. Anyways, I also would love to see that D bag die in jail and prosecuted for the other 2 lives he took.

Yes she is very much so, and yes in a senseless, heinous and deplorable way, no denying. Being "dramatic", "disrespectful" , and unnecessarily graphic would have tainted the heart felt delivery to a person who clearly knows better than any of us how she "passed" I feel I preserved the delivery. My apologies it didn't appeal to you, but then, it wasn't directed towards you, was it. @@robotstonka7118

    Kudos to you Todd.
Our big question in Ireland was why on earth was a video crew brought in from day one!?
It’s a very strange move. Narcissistic ? A premeditated money maker ? And using everyone in the family in the process.
It comes across as a plan from the outset, telling the story, a story teller and from a man Michael Peterson who has an answer for everything without sense - glad for you to put this out there. Fair play to you and not easy !! Good for you!
It’s devastating what you endure , you can have an amazing future for your candor

    • @elysahday2454
      @elysahday2454 Год назад +5

It's not Michael Peterson, neither his family or legal team, that "brought in" the video crew.
Jean-Xavier de Lestrade, the director of The Staircase, had just won an Oscar for a documentary on a young boy wrongfully accused of murder, and he was looking for another case to cover. He searched through hundreds of cases and he choose Michael Peterson.
Also, it was not initially supposed to be only showing MP's side but to cover both sides (prosecution and defense). You can see that at the beginning of the documentary, the prosecution was still part of it, they had agreed to be interviewed etc. but at some point, they decided to drop out.
So... just doing a little bit of research and you can see it was nor part of a "malicious plan" imagined by MP.

Wtf!?! What the hell is this? I'm blown away by this video I've stumbled upon! Since Todds being honest, why did your dad call you to come over before he called the ambulance? When he killed Kathleen, of course? Was it you or him that tried to clean up the blood? How did he kill your mom?

    • @staceystewart-sweat6209

@hermanmudgett By your post I am assuming you are asking about Kathleen because you stated "When he killed Kathleen of course?" You understand that Michael did not "call" Todd that night right? Todd came home after being at a Christmas party with his friend. His friend was dropping him off at home and they rolled up on the police and ambulance ALREADY there. What you are saying never happened. None of the kids were suspects in the death of Kathleen. If Todd was a suspect he was cleared pretty quickly.

@@staceystewart-sweat6209 how do you know he didn't call him? Regardless, Todd was there for a very long time before ambulance was called. I didn't say Todd did it. I do think he plotted the story w his Dad and possibly staged the scene. Where is this info you stated about a Todd not being called? He didn't even live there so why was he being dropped of there? I hope you're not relaying what the family has said. Watch the forensic files episode on it.

He’s distraught over his mother’s death and obviously on something. Y’all are so quick to praise him when this is clearly just a very broken man at the end of his rope and looking for someone to blame in his distress. The motive seems financial even on Todd’s end. Upset that more wasn’t left to him and manic, considering he obviously has expensive taste. This is textbook addict behaviour, whether in recovery or not, and I feel very sorry for him, and I hope he finds help.
