Even the episode of Brontes Betrayal. Brontes and Elico have awesome abilities even they have saddest moment in two episodes. Feel Sorry for Gus and Volt they both have loyalty but there differences to each other.

Skar100 still the Gundalians' squabbles with one another for getting on their emperor's good side was interesting to see plus how it escalated at certain points was pretty cool, but yeah I like the Vexos more too

Everyone talks about how honourable Volt is for a Vexos, but you have to admire Gus and his level of dedication to Spectra, he’s willing to keep fighting a losing battle just to avenge what they did to Spectra
This is such an amazing episode. It showed Gus’ character development so well. However I can’t help but notice that when Spectra spoke with the Vexos, that his condescending, arrogant personality of Arc 1 was showing. The truth is, Spectra betrayed the Vexos because he captured Drago without giving him to Hydron, which in turn showed he had his own agenda. Mylene cleverly caught onto this and wanted to lay their failures on him. Lync also confirmed Spectra’s treachery. Gus knew that Spectra’s reputation was damaged because of this and if Mylene didn’t frame him, he may would have remained with the Vexos. Spectra did betray the Vexos, but by Gus’ own admission, he believed Zenoheld falsely accused him because Spectra didn’t usurp the Royal Family as he wanted. He felt that Spectra’s own respect was being violated which infuriated him because Gus was loyal to him and Spectra never betrayed him. Spectra realised that Drago’s Perfect Core could stop the Vexos, so he told Zenoheld to back off.

I guess it's because Elico tried to block the blast so it wouldn't reach Gus. Whole in Bulkan's case, he just wanted to endure the blast.
