For almost a decade being a makeup artist was who I was and my entire life revolved around it, but then the pandemic hit and it really made me reassess a lot about who I am as well as my hobbies and interests. “Finding yourself” is usually seen as being this super liberating thing but people don’t talk about how trash the journey can be. Your feelings are totally understandable and valid and I hope the road to finding yourself again gets easier. You got this! Side note your mom is adorable and it’s so sweet of you to help her with her hair 🥺
I can imagine, ever since 2019 the world just never seem to get back on track, always something else waiting to ruin the day. Ita crazy how much time you get to reflect in your life during these times. "Finding yourself" is a long and hard journey, you need to face a lot of uncomfortable things in your way. It's so much more than just going on an "awakening trip to Thailand" if you know what I mean?😅 Anyways, I hope you're better and that you have peace within yourself 🖤✨️
Hey susi I relate to you a lot with the identity thing, i used to have the same struggles and it felt like i was never doing anything for myself, just for others. but i am so much better now. I think just giving myself time and taking care of myself helps a lot. Anyway i love your new hair and i love your videos :)
I know what you mean about the identity loss thing, I constantly question those things myself and know a lot of others that do as well so you definitely aren't alone in that. It does come back to you in time though, just keep remembering the cool and wonderful individual you are at the core. The hair turned out good too btw!
Exactly know what You were talking about sometimes we just "lost ourselves" in the case of this world... but it's really important to slow down and say to yourself: Hey just do what You feel is ok not what others want You to be the person you feel you are not the person that others wants you to be. Stay strong :)
People change, as long as you can work towards being happy with yourself, that is what matters. I enjoyed the video and thank you for making me laugh :)
I have the same sense of identity loss since 2019...it seems like i cant be myself anymore, I look at pictures or just remember moments from back then and miss being me. It is weird. It feels like i lost my real self somewhere
X Greetings. Fascinating. Curious. Is there any specific reason for alternating Hair Colours ever so often? As an individual with natural all Black Hair. I find it most intriguing. Conversely often at times different aspects of our personalities tend to resurface at the forefront within certain situations. It is hidden not lost. One must commence Soul-Searching in order to attain peace and tranquility. Furthermore your Purple Lightening ambience is spectacular. May you receive a good week. Mange Takk. Farvel. X
Thank you! I'm really enjoying reading your comments, they're such a joy to read as you're very unique in the way you express yourself :) There isn't really any reason to my constant changes of hair color other than that I find it very therapeutic in a sense :) Hope you'll have a magical week ✨️
Hei Susi! Nice hair color combo... Very cool!! What about RUclips subtitles?I'm going to have to study English conscientiously otherwise! Very nice bleaching class !! 👌👌👌And the coffee moment, is priceless. Jazzy 🎹🎵🎶🎶
I remember when I used to bleach my hair, it was seriously addictive. I love long hair, so i had to dye it black again, and it took me 10 years of bleach free to grow it. 😫
@@SusiLuuna I’m so proud of you, the progress you’ve reached will definitely help to keep you going. I came from Boris channel wished you had one, didn’t know you did. Keep going love your content ❤️
Sometimes counting on your fingers is the only option. The identity thing is a very common trauma-response, and I think many alternative people who often change their looks/style can relate to it.
I can't believe I'm watching a fucking video with a girl bleaching her hair (oh for fuck sake lol), Mental break downs are a hard thing to go through and the problem is we always look for the person we was before the break down but never find it (you may think you do but you don't, we change with it) it's not always a bad thing cos sometimes we shield ourselves from the reality around us and the break down is you stop living a way to adjust to something new, what we have to do is learn how to deal and live with that change, it cld be good or bad BUT we must learn from it to move on, I don't think we change completely but we do change and it's a process of dealing with that change, the 1 thing to remember is just remember who you are and stay to that, time changes things and we change with time, (hay its adult growing pains lol, like a child to teenager to adult, BUT THERES MORE lol Mental health is a serious thing that some don't think effects them when it affects us all.... Just stay true to yourself and with the love you put out around you will come back and put its arms around you (even though sometimes it does feel like you are all alone) Take care Norwegian (as Boris calls you lol) great vid AND NO IM NOT GIRLY lol
Wiser words are rarely spoken, and I couldn't agree more. The break changes you into someone who learned from the trauma, and that's why we can't go back to the person we were because that person was you but with less knowledge than you now carry 🙌 Thank you for watching, eventhough it's a video of me bleaching my hair lol! Stay awesome 🖖
Looks good! If I ever go darker, ill def try this. My hairs all over white right now, I cant fuck with it! So many urges to have black hair, shaved hair, geri halliwell 3 reds. Ill never cut a blunt fringe across, ever again though.
@@SusiLuuna Ive only ever dyed my hair bright purples, blues, greens, pinks. Itd be cool to try actual hair colours, black, red, more natural mixes, like yours in this vid 😂

Same, but a fresh canvas is nice for painting a new "you" on it
I feel you 🖤 make sure to remember yourself and put your own needs first from time to time, your own health is the most important!✨️

Absolutely
Have had depersonalization since 2017. Really shitty especially that loss of identity, but meditation and grounding helps!
A great video yet again=].
