Kinda same!!! I have a long contest or whatever that will be for 2 days!! For one I'll have to be 3rd speaker cause the other person wants to be first speaker,and in the second one we will switch roles. I'm kinda nervous since I only played one time and I was first speaker but I hope I can do this!!

Does an opening like a metaphor related to my closing statement, for instance if i want to say 'this (opposition) is an accident waiting to happen.' then i narrate a story about an accident waiting to happen to relate to my case, ruin my statement? is it allowed?
