my cisco 8851 has bluetooth, but no wi-fi. But I have a couple of other models like the polycom vvx150 and the yealink t31p. I plan to add some more models to my collection at some point. But for me right now. I think my cisco is the one I use the most. Especially since I am blind, cisco added a voice feedback function that reads everything on the screen which is quite useful to me.

First of all I'd like to state that your video was very informative and I enjoyed it. I'm compelled however, to correct you as the Grandstream GXP2170 does have Bluetooth natively. I have deployed both the GXP2170 and the GXP2135 (which also has Bluetooth) in my office and have tested and used it myself. That alone should put it above its Yealink counterpart. Secondly with limited support for the Yealink device, I'm having a hard time seeing why its on the top 3 list. I completely agree with you with the audio quality for Polycom devices and the Backlit keys on the Polycom is real nice though. Thanks again for your video.

OH WOW, does the Grandstream GXP2170 really have Bluetooth built in? I've got one in the office and was not aware of that. Now I'm going to go check it and see for myself for sure. Thanks for watching the video and I appreciate the kind comments.

Do I actually need a VOIP phone, or am i able to use a service like Nextiva strictly with the use of the mobile app and my personal cell phone? I am a single-person home-based business & I am looking to be legit and properly registered and listed throughout the board but trying to avoid any "unnecessary" equipment/items/servvices.

Hi Tequitta, you don't have to use an actual IP phone or hardware at all. I have LOTS of clients that call up and just use 100% mobile app only on their cell phone, or desktop app only on their computer or a mixture of the two. If you would like help or recommendations on VOIP providers I'd love to chat with you via phone and find out more about what you're looking for. You can directly message me here: www.richtechnologygroup.com/contact-us.html
