My new building as a building engineer !

This is currently my 6th building in my 17 years as a building engineer. My current building is a lot smaller than my previous building. Last building was about 800k+ square feet and the current building is only 325k square feet. I no longer have chillers but have a simple system that consist of open and closed loop/ two cooling towers with 4 cells. Main floor plan have package units that serve both north and south side of the building. I am excited to start at this new location and see all what I can do. Small team that consists of Chief engineer, senior engineer and one mechanic. I hope to take more videos doing work at this new location - sorry no more chiller videos for now as we don’t have any chillers at this location.

I just retired as a lead bldg engineer. It's fun to see others doing what I did "forever". Keep making videos for us to enjoy. Btw I appreciate how clean everything is. That was my pet peeve!

@@j.b9346 absolutely no problem,hope to share more about my current location. Sweet unfortunately where I work we don’t have a union. They tried it back in the 2000’s but failed.
