It also took me until a couple of days ago to buy this for the same reason! Didn’t think it would look nice but I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It’s so unique I had to buy it and I love it!
Yeah I thought the same about two darkest browns, just... why. The only two shades I like are that 2 taupey mattes.

“It looks cool but it was just a lot of effort and not that fun to get here” seems like a common sentiment of recent Natasha denona releases maybe except midi glam

Yeah, i had no interest about this palette either, i also don't think the colours (the sage greens) look that good on me, and if they did, I'd get the new colourpop 9 pan to be honest, just to have them around. I'm surprised though that I actually like the look on you-especially the one you have on in this video- but i still don't think it's worth the fuss to get here. And as someone said in the comments this seems to be a repeating pattern with ND palettes more often than not. She needs to work on more interesting formulas, better ones, she's a bit stale I think... 🤔
I was so excited for this palette because I'd been waiting for a midi version of her mini-Retro, with similar sage greens and salmon pinks. Imagine my disappointment when this was finally released. The shades are way too similar in tone, and have too little variation in depth. When I saw this palette demonstrated across different RUclipsrs, those problems became even clearer. ALL of them have the SAME green, pink, or pink-green look, and that should not be the case with a palette of 15 shades. Sorry for ranting. I'm just deeply annoyed by the colour story.
