Glorious. I had almost the exact same experience at a Las Vegas hotel one time. My flight was late so they cancelled my booking. Lady was exceptionally rude until the travel agency called the director of the hotel and got me a new room. Then the receptionist lady acted as if nothing had happened before. Unbelievable. I never understood what people liked about Las Vegas, they treat you like crap there. One other time I went with a friend and we'd booked 2 beds and they gave us one large double bed room. I will not go back to the place. Flying from very far away overseas. Good luck in the recession Las Vegas. (I had gone there both times early before work conferences started).

Look, I did customer service, and as much as I get the insanity of this guy’s situation. There’s also has been other scenario where we be happy to put a person through but then something would sudden happen that makes us disoriented. On top, have we’d have both customer get upset other the scenario because we decided make one small move. The lady was honestly following protocol. But I do find it baffling that she said hello again, that was stupid 😑
