    Not sure if there is a record… many find ways to manipulate this one and it gets weird

      Saw a 186 table curl but he bounced from the top first. Do you see much carryover for this lift you think?

      @@TheLegendaryBalkan even a slight angle change changes things a lot.
      If you do them right I think there is absolutely carryover

      youre just wrapping your wrist, you need to wrap up on your hand also

    How does this help with arm wrestling though? Not hating but seems more like an ego lift

      It helps more with defensive hook position when you're in a losing position. Overloading elbow/biceps is beneficial for this
