I've never been to Portugal and I'm so keen to go there with my wife who is also learning to windsurf (almost planning!). I love eco friendly places and it would be interesting to see what they do to reduce carbon footprint and obviously to try all of their gear on such a fantastic spot.
Me and my family live in a tiny village in norway called Bygland. The conditions here are horrible. The wind is super unstable and gusty, but that doesn't stop us from going out on the water. That's why we call ourselves "the dustbusters." We have traveled to Rhodos a couple of times. Those trips are just the best! Unfortunately we can't go so often. A trip like this would mean the world to me, my dad and my brother!
OMG what a place and environmentally friendly? what a dream! I think I deserve the trip and the stay in that amazing place because I have been working since the pandemic started in a grocery store as a essential worker and I don't even make a real living wage! I deserve a vacation from this!!!! did I mention that I don't have a car and a pull my gear with my bike? Thanks for the footage peeps! impressive as always!

The spots where you can find me are Brouwersdam for slalom and when the wind goes stronger then 22 knots you can find me on the sea at Hoek van Holland for a wave session. I'm training really hard for slalom and doing some slalom competitions. I think it's awesome to go surfing in Portugal and experience how the spot for PWA looks like. My father and I are really keen on windsurfing, but we seldom can go out because the nearest place to go windsurfing is about 3 hours from were we live, in addition he does have to work a lot during the year and he doesn't have much free time. That's why I think we would love to go in that amazing place, so that we can spend 4 days together doing what we love.

Congrats on 20k subs. I would love to visit feelvianna. This year is my first full season windsurfing, and I completely fell in love with the sport. Sadly here in Bavaria I only get good wind every two to three weeks. That limits my time on the water and therefore limits me getting better. I would love to get out on the water and visit a country I‘ve never been to. Thank you for all the great content you provide and for atleast giving me a chance to win.

Nico that place looks awesome for every kind of surfer there is, flat water, waves enough things to do when there is no wind. Even perfect for beginners I guess so you can bring your girlfriend with you on the water. I just got back to windsurfing after several years of break a few weeks ago with some friends, and we're trying to get better at it! I just love the sport too much to stay away from it for a long time :D So this trip would be a great opportunity to get better!

I have to say I don’t think you get enough credit and views for the work you do. I’m trying to start out with my own water sports channel and hoping to push the awesome sport that is windsurfing to a much larger audience. It would be great to win to be able to make more videos and try and build a channel on the water sports that I love. I windsurfing since I was 7. 2006 I made my surf license at the Gardasee... 4 years in a row holiday in Riva was a good time to practice a lot... In best case I get the chance to learn weave riding... And make a drive with the wake board behind a boot.. We only have leverkusen Langenfeld with a nice track... Show us more videos as nice as this... Greets.

I'm 50, recently restarted windsurfing after a 25 year break. Discovered that my body isn't the same as it once was but no pain no gain. My old harness causes my gut to squeeze into my lungs which stops me breathing properly. Anyway holiday would be nice to reshape myself and the family. I need a new harness as well, what is a good one?
We need this trip! My boyfriend and I have a long wish to go to a spot with wind everyday! Went last year to Sardenia by car for 2 weeks to catch wind for only 2 days. Same story again this year. We need to catch up those lack-of-wind days!
That looks like a great location. My family would love to vacation there after Covid eases up. I have 2 daughters and a nephew who love windsurfing and being ecofriendly. My oldest just missed out on her senior year in high school and this trip would more than make up for it. See ya soon!

Was right on the verge of cracking the gybe, and then the wind died in my area. Haven't had any wind for about 2 months now, but I'd love to change that up in Viana and maybe finally get my gybes down.

When is the best season in terms of weather/wind there? My usual favorite ride is with 5.2 - 5.7 sail with 94 L (32 cm fin) and I weigh 75 kg. (By the way, I have never done any wave so far.. 🙄😞)
Realy have to go windsurfing those waves there while my girl is also enjoying the place. The spot is on my list several years so now it's the time to pull out all the stops ;-)
I think I deserve this vacation because I am finally about to finish my thesis and trying to convince my Portuguese girlfriend to learn windsurfing in Germany is a hopeless cause. The chances to win her over with this vacation are greater by far!

By the way...you should come to Cuesta del Viento, San Juan, Argentina. A great spot for windsurf and kite.
I would love to go there, I want to start slalom and I think it's the perfect place to try all the gear. I would go with mi father to remember him windsurfing, he windsurfed 30 years ago and he would fly on the water with a new equipment.

Rreally want to win this trip. I have been windsurfing between 2-3 days a week, almost the whole season. Did it with Oure boardingschool in Denmark. We only windsurfed in one spot, and I would love to try and windsurfe somewhere else, not just in denmark, but also I warmer weather. Planning on buying my own gear soon, but everything costs $$$.

I dont think i ‘should’ win but i know why and how much i would love to win such a trip. I have been craving to get out of a small lake with crappy wind, but it is the only place i feel safe to surf because of my poor sight. Slowly but surely i am getting blind, so i want to enjoy windsurfing as much as i possibly can! I truly love this sport and i think in this place there ‘s a lot of ways i can safely go surfing. Hello! I have never been to any windsurf spot in my life. So after my kids are finally little bit older now, I am think that this vacation will be huge rest for me, specially after 15 years of watching my children 😁 growing up!

Nico that place looks awesome for every kind of surfer there is, flat water, waves enough things to do when there is no wind. Even perfect for beginners I guess so you can bring your girlfriend with you on the water. No complaints about going again on the water on your holiday together, she can just join you!🙌

I just got back to windsurfing after several years of break a few weeks ago with some friends, and we're trying to get better at it! I just love the sport too much to stay away from it for a long time :D So this trip would be a great opportunity to get better!

I have to say I don’t think you get enough credit and views for the work you do. I’m trying to start out with my own water sports channel and hoping to push the awesome sport that is windsurfing to a much larger audience. @nico Prien in first very nice quality and cut of the video... Nice to the a awesome place like this... I think this spot is perfect to get back to my old hobby... I windsurfing since I was 7. 2006 I made my surf license at the Gardasee... 4 years in a row holiday in Riva was a good time to practice a lot... In best case I get the chance to learn weave riding... And make a drive with the wake board behind a boot.. We only have leverkusen Langenfeld with a nice track... Show us more videos as nice as this... Greets.

Since I am 15 I cannot travel often. Windsurfing is my true passion and I love doing it. It is an amazing sport. I would love to go to FEELVIANA because it would be a great experience. I don't live by the sea so I can only windsurf while the summer but I spend every day of it windsurfing Thank you!🤙😂

I'm 50, recently restarted windsurfing after a 25 year break. Discovered that my body isn't the same as it once was but no pain no gain. My old harness causes my gut to squeeze into my lungs which stops me breathing properly. Anyway holiday would be nice to reshape myself and the family. I need a new harness as well, what is a good one?
We need this trip! My boyfriend and I have a long wish to go to a spot with wind everyday! Went last year to Sardenia by car for 2 weeks to catch wind for only 2 days. Same story again this year. We need to catch up those lack-of-wind days!

That looks like a great location. My family would love to vacation there after Covid eases up. I have 2 daughters and a nephew who love windsurfing and being ecofriendly. My oldest just missed out on her senior year in high school and this trip would more than make up for it. See ya soon!
We were 3 cars with surfers who drove from Denmark to Viano do Castelo in 1993.....had 2 days of fog and no good wind. Would like to see it now :-). Cheers Torben, Denmark

Was right on the verge of cracking the gybe, and then the wind died in my area. Haven't had any wind for about 2 months now, but I'd love to change that up in Viana and maybe finally get my gybes down.

When is the best season in terms of weather/wind there? My usual favorite ride is with 5.2 - 5.7 sail with 94 L (32 cm fin) and I weigh 75 kg. (By the way, I have never done any wave so far.. 🙄😞)
Realy have to go windsurfing those waves there while my girl is also enjoying the place. The spot is on my list several years so now it's the time to pull out all the stops ;-)
I think I deserve this vacation because I am finally about to finish my thesis and trying to convince my Portuguese girlfriend to learn windsurfing in Germany is a hopeless cause. The chances to win her over with this vacation are greater by far!

Hi Nico!! I follow you since some months ago now, and thank to your videos I´m feeling like windsurfing on my livingroom. It is winter now on Aregentina. I shoul win the stay because It is the only way I can be in a place like this. Because with all the economics problems on my country, It is only in my dreams be on holiday on a place like this. By the way...you should come to Cuesta del Viento, San Juan, Argentina. A great spot for windsurf and kite.
I would love to go there, I want to start slalom and I think it's the perfect place to try all the gear. I would go with mi father to remember him windsurfing, he windsurfed 30 years ago and he would fly on the water with a new equipment.

Rreally want to win this trip. I have been windsurfing between 2-3 days a week, almost the whole season. Did it with Oure boardingschool in Denmark. We only windsurfed in one spot, and I would love to try and windsurfe somewhere else, not just in denmark, but also I warmer weather. Planning on buying my own gear soon, but everything costs $$$.

I love water, I love the Atlantic Ocean and the fantastic landscape of Portugal. Should I win the stay, I can windsurf for the very first time in southern Europe and my girlfriend would be very happy aswell. I wish all people good luck !

I dont think i ‘should’ win but i know why and how much i would love to win such a trip. I have been craving to get out of a small lake with crappy wind, but it is the only place i feel safe to surf because of my poor sight. Slowly but surely i am getting blind, so i want to enjoy windsurfing as much as i possibly can! I truly love this sport and i think in this place there ‘s a lot of ways i can safely go surfing.
