I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a matter of great importance.As you may be aware, new laws and regulations regarding migration have recently been implemented by government of Canada . I got my acceptance letter from Algonquin college and I have paid $10,700.00 Canada dollars but my husband is my sponsor , I can’t go without him , because I can’t work and pay the rest of my tuition fees alone . I am confuse and stress . I want to ask it’s possible to apply for Work permit exempt category for my spouse. And do he need to get job offer before he can apply . Hope to hear from you Thank you .
I believe if you can put in your application and that of your husband immediately, it should not affect you, cos the statement the minister made was “changes to the SOWP program will take effect in the coming weeks”. If you are confused you can seek the help of a licensed immigration consultant.
