Why should we take refugees when we aren't the ones starting the problems and chaos around the world. We aren't the ones taking the resources of those countries and leaving them impoverished, like what is happening in Haiti. Instead it is our countries that are having our resources taken by the developed countries. Countries like Rwanda are taking refugees because they are getting paid.
Barbados and the other small nations, has to look after their citizens first and foremost. Why should they take on burden of extra people only to put more pressure on resources. PM Mia Motley give them the answer to the problem, the big guys needs to follow thru. Not look for help in the Caribbean who didn't start any war.
