Oh man. I feel for you with the freezer issues. Back in 2006 when hurricane Katrina hit south Louisiana my husband and I just bought our first home and loaded up on groceries, like $300 worth of groceries. And then of course with the hurricane we lost power for weeks and weeks so all that food was ruined. We spend almost $300 again to replace what we lost and then hurricane Rita hit. Again we lost power and all the food was ruined. So of course three times in less than 2 months we spent almost $1000 and back then that was some serious grocery money. And now with this house we just purchased everything was brand new and our pool pump is not working. So there goes our budget 🤣. It’s like you said it feels like it’s always something. Good luck with everything and congrats again on the new house. I feel like I’m feeling everything you are with the excitement and making things our own with our new home as well.

Check your house insurance regarding the food in the UK a lot of policies have coverage for freezers failing to replace the food. I’m not sure how it works in the US.

I feel your pain! Hope the refrigerator issue got handled! We had an LG fail three weeks out of warranty, then had a three year old Samsung suddenly stop cooling as well, not to mention the freezer door on our back up freezer came open during a heatwave (our fault), and we lost our entire Costco haul we’d just bought, separated and sealed that day (the freezer was so full we didn’t notice the door didn’t fully close).
I’m glad the 2nd graphtec is working out for your custom scripts. I’m still a little confused about how the 2nd one uses a different program than your first one. I thought they were both the same except for the auto-feeder? Sorry curious questions!
So sorry for your freezer headaches. I’ve been hearing horror stories about post-Covid manufactured kitchen products. I hope you have a warranty/insurance that will compensate you for these issues.
It definitely can be time consuming but as I mentioned in the video, I don’t usually have this many customs at once so it’s not a true representation of a typical day. I love offering customs to my customers and plan to continue! I love creating them for myself and it’s something I personally would want as an option if I were purchasing stickers!

Try saving your files as a pdf. It will print faster and you will be able to print and cut at the same time
