- Another great car show/cruise in Southern California. This multi day event at the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds is 5 minutes from Newport Beach. I spent Saturday morning shooting the cruising action and caught quite an array of cool Hot Rods and Muscle cars. More info at thelabordaycruise.org/

Sad that 2019 was the last year for the Great Labor Day Cruise. This show has been a SoCal staple for 37 years, and I was hoping to return to it in the near future.

I cruise these events in my chevelle and have zero worries. Set up the car right and you're good.

At 16:11, the '59?? Gasser Rambler,, too cool. @18:20, '51, 2 or 3 Merc (couldn't see the taillights so guessing), hope someone told him about his headlight ring before it fell off!
That car at 18:20 is a 1954 Hudson Hornet
Never heard of this cruise before, and now I find out this one in 2019 is the last one. Bummer.

@@vdrivevideo I hear what you're saying, but I live out in AZ. I grew up in OC, and this cruise looks like it was a lot of fun. There's also no Fabulous Fords Forever at Knott's this year either. :(
