What a good and friendly discussion. Sikhs have got to be one of the most charitable people during problems.
The simple way to know that God cannot be in His creation or a part of it, is to think
"Can a book be the author and the book at the same time ?"
"When a carpenter makes a table, does he become a part of the table or does he become the table?"
" If God is a part of His creation or He is His creation, would He be God anymore?"
Someone logic could arrive at the conclusion that The Creator and the creation are separate things.

Incorrect brother. What you wrote and every thought that crossed your mind. Even these words im responding to you with. Is part of his creation. The creator is living in his creation. Ali Your Doing Great Work,

Keep it going my brother of Islam 🙏🏻
I’m a Muslim. But I respect Sikh ppl they good ppl
Come to common ground. So much beauty in Sikhism:
One God
Simplicity
Social commitment
Honest living - halal sustenance
Helping the needy - zakat, seva
Social and political equality- no creed or colour but deeds
Guru nanak was a trader
Emphasis on truth - stand for justice even if it is against your own selves
The Order of God in Sikhism similar to al Mizaan, perfect balance, takwah God consciousness in present moment
Concept of Dunya exactly the same - Same word to - detaching from worldly life
Fast, pilgrimage - 2 pillars of islam
Meditation and wisdom - meditation and contemplation on quran and hikmah. Strong emphasis on meditation and wisdom in Sikhism.
Forgiveness - seeking forgiveness from God and giving forgiveness
Na koi hindu, na koi Musalmaan - the true essence of islam is that there is a personal relationship with God. For example, Adam was a muslim, moses Noah etc. Not that they had long beards, prayed 5 times a day and said Allahu Akbar but more they had God consciousness and their personal relationship with God transcended their ego.
People following blindly - following the religion of your forefathers. Deep learning and understanding (the same)
The order of god (contemplation, spiritual knowledge and present moment) - 1 hour of contemplation is better than 80 years of worship, spiritual knowledge wisdom and the intellect and present moment takwah)
Fast is prohibited
No importance of pilgrimage in sikhi faith
@@PHEROMONE-wz9bz Stfu that makes no sense
There are similarities in many religions, but each religion is it’s own for a reason. As the commenter above me said; fasting is not allowed in Sikhi.
I think the biggest difference in Sikhism and Islam is the equality of man and woman. Sikh women have the same exact rights as a Sikh men. Over the years, the culture has changed, but the religion is still the same.
@@jasdeepkaur3136 Exact same rights dont mean they are the same. Sikhi acknowledges the differences between male and female nature , it isnt like delusional feminism

Salam brother.. He said "We think He [God] is the creation" (10:56).. We know that the creation is changing. If God is the creation then God is changing. If God is changing then he can not be perfect, because if he was perfect before the change then he is not perfect after the change. Or if he is perfect now then he was not perfect before. And he can not be perfect before and after the change because being perfect can not be two different states. In conclusion: if God is the creation He can not be perfect.
And God knows best.
@drive1786 Jazakum Allahu khairan brother.. To be honest watching hijab, hamza, abdullah alandalusi, saboor ahmad etc. helped me so much in refining my capacity for critical thinking.. It's only a matter of practice.. And alhamdulillah it was very useful in real life encounters and discussions
lol mate I'm Sikh and the Sikh guy in the video was talking figuratively, not literally. He meant God resides in all of us, i.e. we have the capacity to be great/devoutly religious, for reference it is similar to being made in the image of God, and also similar to what Ali was saying that we can be greater than angels so there is a consensus here, they just articulated it poorly. Your chain of argument is correct though, but since the guy was talking figuratively, it wouldn't apply. Take care, brother,
@@edwardnygma5549 Thank you for your explanation! I appreciate it.
It's nice to see respectful conversation
I always thought Sikhs weren't allowed to eat meat, learn something new everyday. I've always found the sikh community to be really respectful.
There is difference of opinion on it. Some groups eat meat some don't.
It’s different, some of my family does not, and they are religious. Some of my family does and they are also religious. But the reason we serve no meat at our temples is because so everyone can eat with us. Everyone can eat “vegan” food.
Very respectful men and great conversation
The Sikh brother is right, of course there are signs of God in maths
“For men and women of understanding, everything around them is a sign of this creation”
@ 12:14 the Sikh brother talks about using limits and sum to infinity as a way of demonstrating something infinite becoming finite. However this is not the case, when using sum to infinity and limits to infinity, numbers tend/approximate to a finite number - but do not actually become finite, they remain infinite. This approximation to a finite number is done so that we as sentients can use/perceive the numbers in a more understandable and controllable way. For example, PI (as is mentioned in the video) is APPROXIMATED to a finite number when being used in a practical way, but it is not finite - it is still infinite.
So even in Maths, my brother, something infinite doesn’t become finite
This is true. But if we use the mathematical term Pi. This can be used to describe the relationship between the diameter of a circle and its circumference.
In theory this relationship is infinite... as denoted by Pi or 22/7. But in reality it takes a finite form.

I think early followers of christ didn't actually see isa (pbuh) as divine
Of course they didn't, because the idea of Jesus being God came well after Isa's AS dissapeaence
Yes. The concept of Trinity was introduced 200 years after Jesus.
@Raza Mughal the name Jesus in Arabic is Isa. And Jesus is not his original name. It's yeshua.
@Raza Mughal not sure I just remember hearing that it was established among Christian scholars after an important conference around 300 ad
Ibrahim Perry Roldos Correct, adopted in the city of Nicaea by the First Council of Nicaea in 325 and the word ‘trinity’ was proposed by an early Christian father called Tertullian
Etiquette of love is not received by the lover for a book or preacher ..
Rather, it is a behavior that overflows the heart.
Prophet Muhammad pbuh is last prophet but after him lots of Muslim hollyman/sufis came. Baba nanak was hollyman like buley shah baba freed but they were not prophets but they were very closer to God and God used to answer their every duaa. Prophet/nabi were different then hollyman.
Guru nanak was not really close to God. He combined Islamic beliefs with Hindu beliefs and believed in pantheism which is Kufr(disbelieve). So we can't say he was a "holy man" as u suggested. The one who is close to God is the one who adheres to the Qur'an & the Sunnah.
That's why Imam As-Shafi said, if u see a man walking on water or flying on a carpet, check his case against the Qur'an/Sunnah, if it doesn't match then reject what he comes with
@Cocolaboy SorryNotSorry..lol
guru nanak spent alot time with Muslim saints and became similar to Saint hence the darbars of saints and gurdwara look same. Sikhism is Hinduism accepting Islam only 60% and remaining Hindus which later became sikh which basically is hindu sect. New sect not new religion

I would love to see a discussion with a Hindu or Sikh with regards to reincarnation compared to the teachings of Islam
Discuss with me. Sikhs dont belive in caste, hindus do. In human form we have conciousness to realise il onkar, where guru, allah, god. We dont belive in abrahamic heaven and hell concepts. Earth is maya, attachment in a way hell of abrahamic concept. We have to watch our parents die, children, evil in the world. Different levels off hell. From billionaires to slum dwellers. Each can stop the cycle of birth and rebirth. To be in oneness with god. Pleasure is beyond pleasure and no description. It's the pleasure of pleasures. In the Quaran you talk about a passage where allah burns the skin off the unbeliever then puts it back on him and burns it off again. I belive this is the concept of reincarnation. The translation has been corrupted since the Quaran was written some time after the Prophets death and many versions. The general principles of islam are the same but the hadiths and details are missing.

Meanwhile no paintings or pictures to be found in their Gurdwaras of what Hindus have done to them. I swear all Sikhs are all so nice and calm
The Sikh is thinking too hard. He's thinking mathematically, but min you math is limited and arbitrary, however I agree it has some truth but not total truth. We use it to explain how the universe we're living in works, but keep in mind our knowledge of math is from our perspective. There's many perspectives of math just like there's multiple ways to solve a function from different angles. My teacher always said that "nothing can ever be proven to be true, but it only takes one proof to prove something false" (within aspects of the universe). The number "1" explains itself and every other number, every other number is an addition of 1 over and over.

I like how you explained it bro Ali
Allah created time he is outside the boundaries of creation and time does not apply on him so our mind can't even process how that's possible cause we started in a time frame and we will die in a time frame .just like it's hard for human mind to think that God doesn't have parents or kids cause it's what we are used to these are attributes/qualities of the creation and these do not apply on the creator or its against the attributes of the creator

Sikah are the saves religion in the world they gs wallah they so kind
I am a sikh and i want to say that a-lot of sikhs and even so many other people says “God is everywhere”, as they have been taught this line but not the proper explanation of it. The sikhs who reads the sacred text and has knowledge, believe that we came out of god(so we are part of it), and we are asleep and lost in this illusion of world, and with our will of faith, and the knowledge by gurus, we must wake ourselves up by meditating and do the “Simran” to seek our way back to the truth. And as our Gurus said that there is only and one truth, it explains that this cycle of death and reincarnation ends with truth. We came as human after so many lives being animals, plants , being judged on our karms, and now is the opportunity to seek truth. So God is everywhere( god exists in everyone), but its not like the time thing, as i saw you went into finite and infinite argument. It is about presence of parts of god here.
Muslims don't worship human beings or animals, like Gurus or cows, monkeys or rats like the Hindus. We only worship 1 God. No Muslim would bow down to any prophet or worship anything or anyone other than God. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was the final messenger amongst other great prophet and messengers, so we love him, revere him but never worship him.
@Cocolaboyshow me a moon god and worship taking place. Where can I find this?

So both religion has one word God but for two different religious God ..so neither Lucifer is the God of Christians nor Jesus is the God for satanist... Same applied here... In pre Islamic era people use to say the idol as their Allah ( the Arabic meaning of God) and after Islam people has use the world Allah for their one God .. So neither for preislamic people our Allah ( the one God)was their Allah ( idol God) nor for us their Allah ( statue God) is our Allah ( the only one God). I hope you get my point... But if you still not agree so I just want to say one thing that if Allah is the moon God then the christians in arab also pray to moon God?? Because they also say Jesus as Allah.. Means Jesus is a moon God?
Respect for Sikh People. They are always nice.
