@Jayday12345678910 This is ubisoft we're talking about. They're doing nothing but checking off boxes and expecting an applause dsspite thise whole sequence being extremely dumb. If he had an ordinary wheel chair and went through that whole thing without all that crazy cyber tech then i'd say otherwise, but he didn't and it was as dumb as that new spider-man character whose paralysed from the waist down.
The season finale has me so curious as to wtf they plan on doing for a S2. With Laserhawk being on Limbo with Sam, Sarah being a spider-cyborg and Rayman being a fugitive/terrorist, I’m excited to see what they’re gonna do if they get greenlit for a S2.
Hopefully bring in Rex "Power" Colt.
I would love to see Vaas being brought in and see him take advantage of Rayman going insane. In general. I'd love to see more Far Cry characters being brought in as long as they don't do them as dirty as they did Pagan

in this world, i'm pretty sure all prosthetics in the world have been made by eden, so that's not very trustworthy

I didn't even realized he was an amputee until the guard mentioned he was "missing some parts" and then i had to go all the way back to when he was first shown and went "WHAT NO WAY THIS GUY KILLED IT"

I am actually wondering if what we saw at the end there was his daughter. Or just some... thing using her as a skin, having Σ replace Fisher once she started getting too close and they detected a history of betrayal in her. It would totally be with in the realm of believability for how the Templar can be. Much like the Patriots in the MGS series.

Yes and no. Even though a lot of them have the names of characters and some characteristics from games it's mostly just that. They are not actually characters from games because this whole show is an alternative cyberpunk style 1992 with re-imagined characters.

It is never explained. He is introduced as a handicaped veteran in a wheelchair. His past still is as one of the greatest agents of all time, so all it can be assumed is that he lost his legs during a mission.
In this world the USA was pretty much left in nuclear ruin and EDEN was built on top of the remains. I'm assuming, during whatever war happened resulting in the destruction of the US, Sam got involved and lost his legs.

Open your eyes, it's just pandering to the weirdo's who want to delude themselves into thinking not having legs is okay. pretty damn sure everyone who is wheelchair bound would rather have two feet to stand on, so the fact he's using a super high tech wheelchair along with some kind of propulsion system in his stumps is probably the stupidest thing I've seen, when he could quite obviously just build his own legs and have all the functions of that wheelchair and stump pumps, it's dumb and serves as nothing but to tick a box.

This is Ubisoft we're talking about, though, don't know how many times its gotta be said before people stop defending this company but they're awful. I've seen scenes like it before. it's nothing special and that weird thruster part on his nubs had to be the most laughter inducing thing i've seen. They turned Sam into a cripple for the checkboxes.
