Mix It Up Shout Out Command & Clips

Since there is no volume control on Twitch.Guru "shout out player", here's how you can adjust the volume on your SO clips. (You'll have to do this for each of your friends)
Using Mix It Up:
1. Run Shout out clips from clips you've download from twitch or ones you already have on your PC. (ex. Lowkey.gg clips)
2. Run Random out clips with Twitch.guru Random Clip Player
