I'd take away the graham's valuation and estimate over 10% margin of safety currently. I believe this is a great long term compounder. Awesome stuff man! Always look forward to your uploads
One month latter after the report I have my doubts that this video was sponsored by Starbucks management
Lol
Awesome stock one of my favorite stocks to buy at the moment along with $O thinking about adding $VICI & maybe some $UNH if it continues to downtrend 🤷🏾♂️ appreciate you, always look forward to your analysis! 👍🏾
I just added SBUX to my portfolio on the open because based on my numbers it looked like a deal so nice to see more content being posted with a similar thesis.
Even at 78 bucks aint a deal lol. The boycott will bring it diwn to below 70. They closed many stores internationally due to boycott especially in Muslim countries
One Starbucks at and below its current price... Once it bounces back to over $100, I will sell and dump into an ETF... until then, ladies and gents keep buying those sugar lattes!
This is my plan, started a position today
Just bought it few shares 😊
Great analysis video! I recently dropped a SBUX video on my restaurant stocks RUclips channel and agree the company looks sweet at this valuation but there are some short term headwinds due to international sales! Thanks for sharing!
I’m buying more starbucks below 90$. Also can you make a video of the stock ticker $MAIN
Congrats on the big loss today. You lose when you support this genocidal company. Boycott is working
Love SBUX below $90.
Sbux is headed into the 80s
@@Not_Sure_ they went there already last week. I bought below $90. I hope they go to the $70’s and $60’s so I can buy more.
yeah thats not happening@@DCSA84
Its below 80 now. Keep carching a falling knife. The boycott is working@@DCSA84
I’ve held SBUX for years (4:1 split years ago) it’s now my third largest holding. IMO I can’t lose going forward. If the share price drops my dividends buy that much more and they’re committed to raising the dividend every year.
@Christine_perkins33If you want to lose your money in a hurry 😂
You are losing buddy
yes bro i appreciate you for this vid let’s go 🚀💯‼️
You should do “BCE”. I get stocks through work and was wondering if they’re worth it.
I would be concerned about the operational performance of Starbucks. Revenue growth from 2019 at $26.51B to $29.46B in 2023 appears to be only a result of price increases. These increases have exceeded 10% and thus indicate that sales volume is actually declining. Hence, Starbucks may be close to the tipping point, where further price increases will lead to overall revenue decline. In fact, an October 2023 US Sun article is titled "Customers are ‘breaking up’ with Starbucks over ‘unbearable’ price increases as some coffees reach over $7". In short, there may be reason why Starbucks trades low.
This, by no means should take away from the dividend analysis in this video, which I find very meaningful. But dividend analysis is essentially backward looking and reviews financials, not operational data.
In a recession the things that go first are stuff regular people think they can regularly afford.
🌈🌈🌈I just bought Sysco stock today.🌈🌈🌈
I really appreciate these videos. Thank you. Helps me to analyse and value stocks myself. Which I need. It’s also very entertaining.
Do you buy stocks close to their all time highs, or 52 week high? Or you always wait for pullbacks to get a better price? Even if it is Visa?
A stock trading at a 52 week high doesn't necessarily mean it is expensive. I like to buy quality stocks at a good value.
@@Dividendology what if it is at all time highs?
keeps going down i dont know what to do
Anyone got comments on SBUX balance sheet? Why so lopsided?
Bargain price for a quality company with strong brand, worldwide business and high growth. I'm buying to build a position.
Keep buying haha
Greetings from Poland :D I have just started investing in USA, previously I focused only on GPW in Warsaw. Your channel looks linteresting, so I will come back from time to time :)
Welcome aboard!
Down 16% in last 3 years and up overall 21% in 5 years. Even with the dividend I’ll pass.
No discussion of retail is complete without reviewing same store sales
Coffee is about to skyrocket in price. Smart investors know and dump before the sell off.
look at all the speculators in the comments, "once it hits 70s and 60s" lmao what yeah they'll half valuation just so you can buy ahhahaha
yeah, speculators are just clowns
"once the stock crashes 99% then ill buy" also them "why don't I have any stocks to invest in???@@karsinds
Who's here after Starbucks hit 52-week all time low?
Looks like Starbucks is getting to your acceptable buy price of $87.08. Will you be adding more to your portfolio?
Potentially
Down to $84.92 wow. As attractive as it might look I would stay away from Starbucks
@@YoDaColombian 77usd now😅😅
@@Dividendology77usd today 😮😅
71 today
I would like to add Starbucks to my portfolio. But for good returns I want it under $80. I think that's possible. There are also some headwinds in China.
Defenitly not buy , the margin of risk is very high
BSD Israel😊.
Hmm... Hamas?🤔
Mans satanic Pentagram says it all 😅
All time lows and yield is only 2.5. Too low for me.
You an Altria boy?
@paragonknight3307 are you an apple girl?
@@VictorSanchezVS13 I'm a Vici and Visa man
@@paragonknight3307 lol you're a good sport. I'm a schd plus reits and bdc's man.
@paragonknight3307 not sure what happened to my reply but I had said "lol you're a good sport. I'm an schd plus reits and bdc's guy. "
If it's a buy, no one would sell it. If no one sells it, how can one buy it?
some people sell when they bought it at high price and don't want to lose cash value as the share goes down
Ever heard of shorting?
I would stay away from SBUX. It's a shit stock have no moment
starsux sucks.
Fwd PE of 22 is too high, I will wait until I see a PE of 16-17
