Pleumjit Thinkaow (Thai: ปลื้มจิตร์ ถินขาว; RTGS: Pluemchit Thinkhao; born 9 November 1983) is a Thai volleyball player.
She is a member of the Thailand women's national volleyball team. Her international debut was at the 21st SEA Games in Malaysia.

She is probably the only middle-blocker who attacks all types of ball. Despite being a short player by volleyball standards, Tinkaow is very efficient in attacks and in all these years of selection she always played well, and the connection with Nootsara is something surreal and perfect. Best duo I've ever seen play

Very sad to see this golden pair retired from Thai national team. They are still Better than many other national team in the world. Hope the new players can perform as good, if not why should they leave?

@@guangmuilee2217 I think because they are aging. Also they need to focus more about their life now and take a rest. Playing for their country more than 17 years now is an achievement and I think this time they should step to their new journey of their life. I'm sure that there are young thai players that can continue the legacy of Thailand volleyball that the seniors left.
