Hello dear. Thanks for this discussion. the world needs a light set on a hill so that people may see Jesus in the middle of all this darkness. We all know that God's grace provides for the forgiveness of sin, and it creates a new heart in the repentant sinner, who now lives by faith. God's word provides instructions for righteous living psalms 119.9-10. However the life of the righteous person is not without temptations. sometimes the righteous can be tempted by the cunning nature of sin psalms 141. 2-3 and even fall to that temptation. God allows times of testing to let His childrens faithfulness or unfaithfulness be clearly revealed . If GODS children heeds Gods instruction and admonishment, there faith will be purified and their trust in the Lord strengthened. wisdom for righteous living is gained through the dynamics of life with God a mid temptations and challeges. Thus, the prayer that God would teach us to number our days so that we may gain a heart of wisdom psalm 90.12 reflects an ongoing commitment to walk in faithfulness to the Lord.

For so long av struggled with holiness of the body but this year God spoke to me and l became so intentional about sexual purity...everyday l pray for God's mercies coz without His mercies ,,my strength will fail me ...am here to testify that God's mercy and grace has been so sufficient,,. thankyou mitch and Ian for not shying away from such topics,,you have no idea how many of us you're impacting..love you both so much❤❤

I was so much inspired by the tithing discussion u held last year, cause I stopped it for almost a year, but I was moved by u guys talking about u been a tither and u seems. Convinced and humble with it, its was a strong message sent to me indirectly. each time I stop tithing, I will undergo e some h unnecessary apending. Things will just be not right with my mum, siblings, and our building project. Still, I don't want to believe. I look for Christian RUclipsrs and I've recently been watching most of them from Uganda, since most of our Kenyan 'Christian' influencers have been diverting away from the real evangelism (in my opinion), and most especially when they get fame and money. I pray that God will protect you from these kinds of things, even as He continues to elevate you financially, spiritually, and as you grow in influence. Please discuss the issue of: 'Why does God allow bad things to happen to His followers'. This is a question I've continously been asked when I encounter Agnostics or atheists, or even Christians growing in faith. God is good, He has the power to keep us safe, but He will allow bad things to happen?? Why? Thanks, and be blessed.
It is a very good question but also confusing! Please allow me to give some hints then you can continue reading your bible and praying that the Holy Spirit leads you. 1. God is love I.e his love is unconditional and unbiased. 2. God created and intended the world to be the paradise before the introduction of sin from the first Adam. So after the sin, the world is full of evil and good ( the mixture of both) through which by the Grace of God one can navigate life. 3. Bad things can happen to God's people so that God will be Glorified amidst the chaos, Mungu ni mwenye wivu anataka yeye tu Atukuzwe, maana hakuna kitu kingine duniani wala mbinguni kinaweza beba Utukufu wa Mungu. Hivyo katika mabaya yanayowapata watu, Mungu hujitwalia Utukufu wake. 4. God knows that there is evil and so many bad things that can happen to his people because Satan, the prince of this world is operating tirelessly since the first sin to win souls. God's commandment is God's enablement. If He commands us to be Holy as He is Holy, then He has enabled us to be just that! More Grace guys!
