The takeoff, climb and turn were all absolutely gorgeous! Miami looks great! Was that Business class you were in on this flight? Also, looks like DFW is still a stunner! Approach and touchdown looked smooth and great! Also seems like the reversers were not so loud either! Very nice! What's up with the music during taxi to the gate? Did they just add that in the cabin speakers? Don't hear of that very often... Still nice to see those old MD's still operating..... It was a pretty great cinematic move that you did adding the parting shot at the end via the Skylink train! Wicked cool! Great to see your gorgeous flight vids again, man! Part of me is craving some sights from Europe, but take your time, man. Keep us craving for it! Have a great Thanksgiving, buddy!
It was a great climb out! This was one of my all time favorite flights. It was just very, well as you said, cinematic. I was in Main Cabin Extra on this flight, so not business, but also not steerage. deployed them in the event It was a very smooth landing for a big bird like the 767. Also, I don't think they really used the reversers. They definitely deployed them, but I don't think they gave them much power. We used a lot of the runway, so the crew probably just deployed them in the event they were needed. As for the music. Sometimes American plays music when taxiing and sometimes they don't. I think it depends on the crew. Sometimes you just can't hear it because of the screaming children :D. American has extended the MDs service life again, so now we get them through 2019. They just can't replace them fast enough! I'll definitely have a good Thanksgiving. I've got five days off! It should give me some time to get some editing on the Europe videos done.
