We have 5 and 1/4 trellises this year. We used fencing wire and t-posts. The two outer trellises are beans and peas with herbs, Johnny jump-ups, allysum, borage and sunflowers close by. The inner trellis is all tomatoes, peppers, herbs, allysum and John's jump-ups. The end trellis has peas, tomatoes and cucumbers. One trellis is all raspberries and the 1/4 trellis is my husband John's fav beefsteak tomato with a few companions. After watching you talk about😊 using sunflowers as a trellis, and since I accidently left a package of peas in the pouring rain, voila, the sunflowers have a new occupation. Can't wait to see how well they do. Thanks for the idea.
