    good tutorial.
    can you make a tutorial to create a user defined material such as R-134a vapor and liquid as a fluid?, that implemented in a heat axchanger like double pipe.

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  4 года назад

      You can insert the new material property in fluent. See our tutorials we have shown steps regarding this matter.

      @@AnsysTutor I mean you should simulate a structure(a bridge, a building, etc) on a semi-infinite continuous space(a block of soil) to observe in what way soil's deformations can influence the bridge's behavior and therefore, its internal stresses. Greetings dude.

    Thanks for the tutorial. I am a beginner about to learn CFD and have several questions.
    What is the difference between Spaceclaim geometry and design modeller geometry? Why do you prefer using design modeller geometry?
    Do you have any suggestions on what book or reference to read to learn CFD? My background is chemical engineering.

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  4 года назад +1

      Both spaceclaim & ANSYS Design modeler are used to create geometry. Spaceclaim is a new tool with more advanced options, it has more features than ANSYS design modeller. I Prefer to use ANSYS Design modeller because I feel its easy for me to create some simple geometries using it. Also, we have tutorials made using ANSYS Spaceclaim. It depends upon you on which case to use which one. You can prefer CFD Book by Malalasekera , its a good book.

    Why did you prefer to choose add frozen at 11:09 and what is the difference between frozen and material?

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  4 года назад +1

      Add frozen will keep the part separate, which is to be used for pattern. add material will unite the part with the previous part. So making it as add material will not be helpful.

      Its due to the plane selection, if you click on the new plane the xyz origin will shift to the plane location.
