I like Gus G. He's down to earth and doesn't seem to be caught up in being famous. He's just an all around nice guy. And his music is second to none.

Gus G. Is really down to earth,I think that Ozzy Album was about him, he's a great guitar player and was very courageous to play for Ozzy...Even though I we never got to hear him create original music for a second album for Ozzy..But Great person also... I'm glad he was able to move on.Firewind Rocks...!!!

Θυμάμαι ακόμα φίλε μου στις πυλωτές κ στα πάρκα της Καλαμαριάς πιο μικροί που συζητούσαμε για μουσική... και σε ρωτούσα ποιος να ειναι ο καλύτερος κιθαρίστας που είχε ποτέ δίπλα του ο ΟΖΖΥ...ο Randy Rhoads η ο Zakk Wylde... αρκετά χρονια μετά γέμιζες εσυ τα μυαλα και τις καρδιές ολοκληρου του πλανήτη παίζοντας το Crazy Train διπλα του σε καθε γεματο στάδιο σε ολο τον κόσμο.. ειναι κατι π δεν το εχω πιστεψει ακόμα..νιώθω γεμάτος, περήφανος και χαρούμενος που εφτασες την Ελλάδα τοσο ψηλά..

I met Gus personally few years ago. Really friendly easy going guy. Really nice to talk to and amazing musician of course. He was one of my very first guitar idols :) Like he'd say "Stay metal \m/"

Batphink Reynolds Lots of talent, thessaloniki had a strong music scene regarding heavy music and styles, athens as well (though comparatively vs the population...not so much lol) but nowadays things are mostly problematic due to the economical situation making gigs...not so viable for both the bands or the scenes.
Gus g was famous in the metal circles even before the ozzy years, although not in a pop band level (which ozzy...is as well as hard rock lol).
If you want google psycho choke, wardrum for metal style cool new bands. Though, not so new regarding age...at least sort of younger vs rotting christ or septic flesh lol.

Very awesome video very much enjoyed it very down-to-earth cool seeing the custom guitars and custom builds and amplifiers 2 and the kitty cats are adorable I have two both adopted every time I'm playing guitar or working on customizing or building amplifiers they're always in the workshop with me. Rock on brother 🤘

Efaristo Kosta!! I have been making my Frappe wrong all these years. I always put too much water with the two spoonfuls of the coffee and sugar when put them in a shaker or mixing it with an electronic mixer. I made one exactly like you just did in this video and it turned out perfect. Great video and I love your home, cats , and all your guitar gear. Na isay kala panta! Efaristo para poli!!

Great video! But most of all, thank you for the teaching us how to make a Greek Frappe coffee. I'm already hooked to Frappe . Here in Spain we have a variation of it which is simply called "café con hielo" (coffee with ice). However, the way Frappe is made tastes much better! Thanks!

I had gotten tickets to see Vinnie Moore for myself and another guitar player buddy, and we went to the show. We got there, and he says "Oh - who's opening again?" And I said - "Oh - Gus G. - you know Ozzy's latest guitarist" And then Gus proceeded to burn the place down. Best tone I have ever heard live. And what a nice guy - and a cat lover to boot. So hoping for another solo album and another US tour!!!! My buddy still raves - you have to do an album and a tour, Gus, so he'll leave me alone....for a year or so.

Gus kicks ass. He’s SO good and always seems like a friendly person. Big fan. Own everything on which he’s played. His solo records are severely underrated. In a “right” era, with radio support, yadda, yadda, quite a few of the songs could become mega-hits. And I’ll always believe Ozzy lost out big not making an album with him (upon which Gus can contribute). Given the opportunity, the dude could have written Osbourne some excellent classic-sounding Oz music. Oh, well. Anyway, cool video. Thanks! And all the best to Gus.
Gus G and Jake E Lee are the best players Ozzy ever worked with... No disrespect to Wylde, he's a legend in his own right, but recently it's night and day compared to just few years ago with Gus live... Gus is the only guy that can cover Lee's material and give it justice, no one else, Ozzy indeed missed out on him...

Aria Pro actually made the original model called the Aria Pro broken star. I owned one made in Japan back in the early 70's. What a beast, duel humbuckers and a Floyd Rose, miss that guitar
