I always wanted to know how they achieve these looks on stage, as an occidental make up artist I rarely got the chance to do make up on Asians eyes and it's amazing 💕 I hope someday I could work on this industry is really cool the work you guys do on the idols ✨
Thanks for your videos! Such a huge help especially for those of us who need extra guidance for the Asian aesthetic. Love your foundations too. JSM is one of my favorite k-beauty products. Fits well as western gurus don't really cater as much to our skin considerations and style for boys.
@@ithrowgrandmasdownstairs7620 Yeah, I'm half Asian and that made me cringe real hard... tf they mean by "aSiAn aEsThEtIc" yikes, It doesn't help that the word "aesthetic" already sounds annoying on it's own.
Do I listen to kpop? No. Do I know the bands? Some of them. Do I love the way they wear make up? YES!!! They do the most amazing looks! I still remember (had to google the name) BaekHyun's red eyeshadow vampiric look, it was amazing! Thank you for this, I'll definitely recreate it!
I think the complexion looks ashy due to the wrong undertone of foundation. Plus, I would use a foundation with more coverage and longevity, since the performance requires a lot of physical movements. There is 200% guarantee it will come off. So I'd go for something like Estēe Lauder Double Wear Foundation. Else, I wouldn't go this hard on contouring because due to my observations, it is not this widely used among male idols. It's just the way I would do it. No offence to anyone! Much love xoxo And thank you for the video!
Hello Ilya. i have the same thought as you. I wonder why idol makeup use lighter base. But somehow the lighting on the stage made their skin become normal. And for the longevity dont worry theur team always touch up their makeup. That's why they dont use much powder. Fyi I love estee lauder double wear to. Much love XOXO
@@easyteh4getperson its because foundation tends to oxidize a lot with sweat n sebum. Gotta admit some of the makeup artists put A4 paper color foundation which is very unflattering. But in this tutorial the base makeup matched his skin well
OMG YES!!! i always wanted to know how they did kpop star's makeup

Please don’t say Asian aesthetic, it feels uncomfortable for some people

في كل الحالات هو للبنات

아마 아닐거야

Double Wear cracks on my face
And there you have it. From a manly looking guy to a girly looking...thing.
So what?
no wonder all idols dont match their foundation lol
And why is that
@@azimhaz6400 as explained in the video, they "brighten" their complexion by applying a lighter foundation than their skin color.

Eye shadow is too heavy even for girls. He now looks more like jombie than k-pop idol.
