I had no idea who Noonoouri was when i saw these dolls. However, her deisgn and Barbie's were SOOO beautiful! I just knew I had to have them. Mine arrived today and I am just blown away by how goregous they are. Noonoouri's dress truly is the star of the show, but Barbie is also so sleak, modern, and insanely beautifully.
I’m really happy with this set too! I’m obsessed with the display & packaging. The box is definitely huge but it is really cool looking! I think everything about it is gorgeous. I’m so surprised that many people on social media were not a fan of this collab and set. The dolls aren’t creepy to me (like many have said). I love that they are different too! I agree that this Barbie is really neat being that she has inset eyes, new sculpt and body make it so cool. The fashion is so gorgeous too. I love the jewelry!!! I really loved these dolls! I don't usually buy the expensive signature ones but the face molds were so unique that I just had to spoil myself for my birthday. Everything just feels so high quality, like the face mold, the clothing and the body molding too! (Shocked that they even had back dimples and abs? I was not expecting that detail!).

The real jewelry is nice, Barbie’s earrings remind me of those plastic rings and I like it. The inset eyes work so well with these sculpts. A little creepy and really cute. Not scary. These are fun!! No scalp too! Impressed with Mattel for trying something new, cause I’m a big MGA girl cause they’ve got lots of interesting styles of dolls. Love the ruffles but she’s cute without them too!! The boots I want!! Works well with the leg articulation. She seems fun to manipulate and to hold, including some of the squishiness. The body shape is kind of adorable, both of them are not sexy so much as cute! The dress reminds me of a pink silky slip. In the 90s as a kid I wore a lot of slips under dresses. Barbie’s pink metallic outfit is mesmerizing. The heels are a cool design. Thorough is a good word!

I’ll wait till it’s a brown doll. I love inset eyes! I prefer the Ily dolls with the inset eyes and shadow high. Definitely the clothing, unique mold and articulation is worth $150. The other dolls we have to take in licensing or designer fees which isn’t coming into play on this doll. This is my preferred articulation… depending on if she can sit Indian style. I hate when there’s no rotation at the thigh hip connection.
I like Barbie reimagined. I think she’s so chic and it is fun to see her doing something different. I ordered her and I think the price is low for this set…a deal for sure.
If they don't sell out, then they will go on sale. I had to wait a year for they to put Looks 19 on sale. The box to this pack is way too huge for me. They sort of remind me of Licca Chan dolls. I rather get those dolls.

The dolls are really cute and I see a Barbie closet with the box. If you think about it, the two outfits (3) and real jewelry could be valued at $50/$25 each like the box sets released over the summer so technically you paid $100 for two Barbie x dolls.

As an action figure collector, question to the people that collect´s dolls. Besides of the variety that brings different skin color dolls it seems to me that collectors tend to like more dolls that are different to their own race, am I right?
I would say that depends on the person lol if you look at my channel or are familiar with my channel you’ll see me reviewing dolls of color as well as white .. this video they happen to be lighter dolls 🩷 I think it’s fair to say it’s a split between the two BUT I will say most collectors I know or have seen online collect a lot of dolls that look like them and see themselves in ..I’m just a little more colorful 🌸💕🫶🏾✨and part of why I wanted to share my collection with the world is because I feel it’s so diverse 🦋 hope that gave you some insight

And yes, in fashion dolls there are the brands of course, and some with their characters but I´ve found that doll collectors tend to go for variety more so. And that tends to be in skin colors mainly. ...that being said, while looking at your video and your collection I´ve found others of white people and I hear them asking for variety and, plenty of times, getting dolls opposite of them. So, I find interesting that, of course, one would like to see themselves in at an extent they tend to get dolls that don´t. Variety I´d say. Thanks for your reply.

The dolls are really cute and I see a Barbie closet with the box. If you think about it, the two outfits (3) and real jewelry could be valued at $50/$25 each like the box sets released over the summer so technically you paid $100 for two Barbie x dolls.

As an action figure collector, question to the people that collect´s dolls. Besides of the variety that brings different skin color dolls it seems to me that collectors tend to like more dolls that are different to their own race, am I right?
I would say that depends on the person lol if you look at my channel or are familiar with my channel you’ll see me reviewing dolls of color as well as white .. this video they happen to be lighter dolls 🩷 I think it’s fair to say it’s a split between the two BUT I will say most collectors I know or have seen online collect a lot of dolls that look like them and see themselves in ..I’m just a little more colorful 🌸💕🫶🏾✨and part of why I wanted to share my collection with the world is because I feel it’s so diverse 🦋 hope that gave you some insight

I was wondering because in action figures you have your main brands/fandoms: DC Comics, Marvel, Star Wars...and from each, one chooses their favorite characters and stuff.
And yes, in fashion dolls there are the brands of course, and some with their characters but I´ve found that doll collectors tend to go for variety more so. And that tends to be in skin colors mainly.
...that being said, while looking at your video and your collection I´ve found others of white people and I hear them asking for variety and, plenty of times, getting dolls opposite of them.
So, I find interesting that, of course, one would like to see themselves in at an extent they tend to get dolls that don´t. Variety I´d say.

Thanks a lot for the review. Mattel is definitely trying something different this year. We most probably won't go back to the quality of 20K dolls but they are adapting and catering to different tastes. Happy playing. 💗
