      Awesome! I usually play co-op with my kids! It is really fun with 2 players! I will be introducing the rules for the characters soon. The character abilities add a whole new layer of complexity and fun to the game!!

    Just finished building the game! Always loved Lego and board games, and am definitely looking to enjoy this one. However, there’s just a few things I’m trying to better understand. Main thing right now being how exactly the monsters attack and move. I would love to see a full game walkthrough of you just playing start to finish. I’d honestly find it enjoyable and just helpful to see how exactly you determine monster decisions, attack strategies, searching, etc. Much love and excited to see the future content on this game!

    This looks amazing, have you thought about a system for random room locations? Like a d3 to decide the wall the door is actually on? Or a 50% chance the door is on the wall you are searching. Then your rooms could be individual 6x6 plates. Although in the grand scheme of things it really doesn’t make much difference, unless you are rushing through the room.

    I've been dungeon crawling with lego heroica using a bunch of different systems like Knave and EZD6 rules, this look like another great way to do it! Looking forward to your pdf for this fun game!

    awsome i've been playing other micro games like kurio & deamon ship with micro scale lego and branching out into other games osprey using micro lego too , you gotta check out the micro figs from the lego games any way i kinda lost the going back to old rooms rule.. and have you considered use the 2x2 1 stud tile to make a 6x6 room and it just go forward the board\ room resets the wall each transition,

      @@marksdicetales Those micro figs are great! I am looking into picking up a few from a local eBay-like service! 😊👍

    Not to lessen the game's value on its own, but this would be a wonderful introduction to DnD(and other TTRPGs)

    Wow, I found this really inspiring! I immediately had to think of the Lego boardgame I had as a kid. It also had 1x1 figures, so maby they would be neat to use as characters aswell! I defenitely want to build my own Bungeon of the Beast, it looks like a lot of fun and I got quite a feq ideas of expanding it, like different room sizes connected by hallways, more similar to classic DnD dungeons or themes, like a forrest, where you could exchange the lava and walls with hedges and trees, or swamps, where you have to dodge creatures murking in the water... I love this concept, it is so inspiring, and at the same time so obvious, I mean what physical toy is more modular and open for your own ideas than lego, and what kind of game is more versitile than PnP RPGs. I'm honestly shocked, that I've never seen or heard anything like this. So yes, I would be defenitely interested in more content about this.
    Have a good one, and looking forward for more :)

      Awesome!! I love your ideas! Imagine an entire game with modular pieces with different terrain like you described!! I can’t wait to see what you come up with! The creativity of this community never fails to amaze me!! 😊👍

    Simple rule question? Could you place a trap on/over lava? I see an advantageous play to save spells if i dash properly and force a monster to move through trapped lava.

  • @GreenBlueWalkthrough

    Honestly great well thought out rule set though I wonder how much it feels like it plays it's self aka how deep is it?

    • @GrayArmyGaming
      @GrayArmyGaming  6 месяцев назад +2

      Good question. I have found it super entertaining and challenging (see the full play-through! 😊). One way around this is to play 2 player where one person is the monsters/beast. I have tried this with my kids and it worked well. ⚔️🛡️🔥👍
