Propresenter 7 looks like an incredible upgrade. I am still trying to work out how to then send that information to my camera switcher and then onto live stream. I wish it wasn’t so complicated
john paul porrelli If you haven’t figured it out I would recommend if you use obs you send it over NDI then use a green screen theme for the lower thirds then take that and go into obs and add the NDI input then add a color key filter. The Glory about Pro Presenter 7 is you can have different outputs so the one going to your switcher could be the same as what’s going out to your audience projecters/TVs to have full screen option when switching inputs on the switcher.
I am currently using Vmix to live stream. But in the future soon, as well as going Live, i need to project to the Church screen. Obviously, when I project to church screen cameras should not be shown on the Church screen rather shown on the live stream. Also when I play video songs then it needs to be played on Church screen and live. What is your recommendation please?

Curious how you can have separate themes for lyrics vs sermon slides/scriptures and/or announcements--say if I wanted to have no background for lyrics, but wanted some sort of framing for sermon slides. Also, for certain content can I still output the full frame content, say if we're playing a video?

john paul porrelli & Charles Tiang it really just depends on what method you are using. If you want an physical output then you would need one on the computer as a video card or some sort of output device. If you are using NDI or Syphon you shouldn’t need any other hardware.

Send it through an SDI or NDI output from your computer. if you've got a Blackmagic DeckLink card you can do SDI into a switcher, if you don't then NDI may be the best option for you
OK - I understand the steps here. What I'm missing is how I would incorporate this into my Atem Mini Pro switching setup... How can I switch angles but keep ProPresenter 'on-screen' (transparent for use with my live video) at all time?

This is more of a Newtek Tricaster question, but hoping someone would be able to instruct me on how to do it.
So how do you do the lower thirds for the worship songs but also stream the videos that you may play like our announcement videos to the live stream as well after worship? We are going to be getting a Blackmagic ATEM TV Studio HD Switcher just like what you have. We currently have a PC running ProPresenter 6 but may upgrade it to ProPresenter 7 once we get all our equipment in for Live Stream.
Set up different looks for the different portions of the service and use the Audience Look cue to switch between the different looks that you need. This is what I do every week

@@WorshipInnovation I got it I think. Im using the free version of ProPresenter 7 to play and learn the new features before I get this all set up for our church once they purchase v7. The only thing that’s odd is in the sample data I downloaded during install, there is a countdown video. I have a "Look" created for songs, one for countdown and one for video but when the screen im using to represent what the LiveStream feed would be online is selected for audience look I can see the background video the sample countdown has but the text still shows 754:56 and its not showing it counting down from 5:00 like it is in propresenter in the top right preview window. UPDATE: Nevermind, I think I figured it out. under 'Edit Looks" I have a preset for LiveStream-Songs, LiveStream-Video and LiveStream-Countdown. I clicked the square next to Presentation under that particular monitor and selected "segment Countdown Centered" and it shows the countdown with video as background full screen. Then I switched it back to LiveStream-Songs for the lower thirds of songs and it works correctly it seems. Im falling in love with this new ProPresenter 7 version.
Is there a way to make this work using Vinmeo as my encoder? I’m trying to get the lower thirds for lyrics on top of a video input using a Atem mini. I’m finding not such luck since the Atem doesn’t two s simultaneous inputs.
You would need to use the Key feature with the Atem mini in order to overlay the text on top of the video. From the ATEM mini you can send the signal to any encoder. This video isn't about how to live stream, but how to set up 2 looks so you can have 1 instance of ProPresenter 7 running your Live Stream and Front Of House Outputs
Found a solution, for those who care :D You can just add a new Look where media is activated. -> if you click on a video -> add action where you change the Look
I noticed when you displayed the live output the green was not displayed it only showed the lower third with a black background behind it. How did you do this? Because when I have tried this the green background always appears.
sir I Have mistakenly uninstalled my Propresenter 7 since I am having issues with my PC. I have deleted filed on the Documents folder of ProPressenter as well. I have reinstalled the program but the presets at used to be together when I have first installed it didn't come back. Please help. :(

Thats done through NDI, same place as where you make your audience screen. Just google NDI propresenter 7

You'll want to set your ProPresenter input on your ATEM mini to be your Key and use something like a Chroma or a Luma key to remove the background

@@24mjohnson right click and there should be an actions area on the menu bar that pulls up. The audience look cue is on that actions section

Check to see if the Alpha Key is selected in your NDI output. That could be where the transparency is coming from

Change the color of your screen in the screen setup window to the desired color. I don't apply my Key color on the theme but at the screen output menu
