This track, in my opinion, is the creepiest track in Mario kart history. The fact that the sky is pitch black and how narrow the road is makes me get a claustrophobic feeling. The boos flying around on the screen doesn’t make it any better either. And then you get to the part inside the building with LITERAL BLOOD ARROWS on the wall, and the icing on the cake is just that giant cheep cheep. But yeah I hope this comes in the MK8DX dlc.

Let's still hope my fav track will still be in the DLC in the last wave... though it is some last bits of hope... Banshee Boardwalk is just made for MK8

It is random AF. Big empty house in middle of nowhere.. with some kind of bat box.. a strange crack on the middle and murky ass water. What makes it worse is the resonance of someone riding a superstar and drifting away leaving the echo of the superstar music lol
Here's a theory, the Boos in the early ghost levels are the spirits of fallen racers. They didn't have Lakitu helping them when they were racing, so they just had to except their fates, drowning in this levels case and falling to their deaths in Ghost Valley's case.
As far as I remember, if you happen to get a Lightning Bolt, you could use it when either the other racers are going to jump where they would fall into the water or they are about to enter the haunted house where if one of the bats gets them, they will be flattened.
Can we please get this track remade in MK8? It’s the creepiest, most intense, liminal space style course ever and it’s beautiful AND I’m shocked Boo Lake was remade before this masterpiece 🙃

If this track does get remastered as MK8DX DLC, I hope that the background remains pitch black, or at least have the track be above some empty abyss. I dunno, having a lake or a haunted house would just take away from the surreal vibe that helps this track stand out from its contemporaries.

Well, I beat Super Mario World in a day, and unlocked the Special Cup in Super Mario Kart. And this track isn’t even that hard, it’s barely harder than Bowser’s Castle
what a shame that this track along with N64 Bowser's Castle never made it to the booster course pass. I just love the haunted and scary atmosphere of this track
Hi i'm very late, but Tour stopped new content BUT we found that N64 Banshee Boardwalk OR N64 Bowser Castle were considered at some point before getting cut
Before everyone gets all mad I hate this track because it is too dark To see anything like a lot darker than shown in the video and I would always fall off of the track I don’t know if something is wrong with my cartridge but if someone knows what’s wrong please tell me
