thanks for covering the whole event. Had a blast and always appreciate your commentary. Lots of fun and informative at the same time for a noob like me to understand the nuances
That 23rd round is the most insane round i've seen ever. The stakes, the KQLY, the nano second between getting dinked and getting the kill to survive, pure cinema. The buildup to that round alone was insane.
frozen really choked hard on so many rounds, crazy that FaZe brought it back as close as they did. If frozen could have just woken up and not choked on round 24, FaZe may have won the major.
My first full Major after coming back to CS from a long ass break, I caught the end of Copenhagen and started to play again so this was my first full Pickems and watching along in fl0ms channel. This grand final was insane, I hope ropz gets immortalized with a spray for that shit.
I don't feel bad for Karrigan as much as I feel for ropz and rain. They played their hearts out this whole playoffs. If I were rain I'd be so pissed at broky missing the smoke in the last round and throwing the game again after previous round. Especially after that stellar 2vs4 effort.
Frozen not big game player. Showed the world how scared he was, scared to die scared to lose, no balls to clear long doors when Karrigan threw the pop flash for him to do so. So much fear, hesitation in his gameplay and decision making. Twistzz is 5 times the impact player frozen is, in big matches, when the pressure is the highest. Congrats Spirit Major Champions and donk as the world's best CS player!
I’m sorry but imo magixx was robbed and deserved mvp. Everything spirit do is built around donk and allow him situations to frag out. For magixx not being set up as well as donk to be level on 69 kills in the final speaks for itself. Of course they are always going to go with the bigger more marketable name same as how a Quarterback usually wins MVP in the NFL. From being the supposed weak link and the one on the chopping block to pulling that off magixx shut up the haters well done
As a G2 fan I honestly think nobody else could've eliminated this Vitality. other than FaZe ofc. Spirit got really lucky with the matchmaking tbh. I highly doubt they could eliminate both G2 and Vitality like FaZe did. Even MOUZ was gonna win if Xertion didn't downright throw on the 3rd map. And Team Liquid while good, is still not in the same league with the others. God , it would've been perfect if it went to OT and FaZe won. Now it feels wrong. Sigh... at least donk happened and it's always entertaining to watch him play.
normally u are 100% right with this but this time someone else also stepped up.. magixx played out of his mind if he didnt carry the other 3 with donk they wouldnt have won
Spirit knows they have 3 noobs in the team so most of the time donk is never the first guy to swing he is always trading kills ..they have kept their egos aside and placed the team before the stats.
This is simply not true. One of the easiest stats to look at on HLTV. 35% of all rounds he is the opening duel. (Opening kills .19 / Trade kills .16) And that's for the major. Now look at Dust 2 final map. He has a 38% opening duel. .33 opening kill and .17 trade kill. He is quite literally carrying the team on his back with entrying/ first duels. It's not from trading his teammates.
@@bayerinthewoods Donk is playing entry. Yea, in some rounds he trades chopper, but most of the time he's entryfragging. And not like other spirit players are bad, zontix is very consistent, chopper is a great IGL that can also kill people, magixx is very inconsistent, but in this finals he played on par with donk if not better and shiro carried some games for spirit but had a bad day in the final. None of them are noobs.
@@fedosize absoluteley nothing to do with it... they didnt make anyone cry... karri mourned his brother, cuz he was trying to win in hinour of his brother
This major was unreal! Appreciate everyone watching, whether that was in one of the streams here on RUclips or Twitch, or any of the RUclips videos

Watching this major on your stream reminded me why I love cs
all of the above, fl0m
Ropz + Rain clutches were the most intense moments Ive seen in cs
That 23rd round is the most insane round i've seen ever. The stakes, the KQLY, the nano second between getting dinked and getting the kill to survive, pure cinema. The buildup to that round alone was insane.
I also like how Magixx just sat there soaking up the winning atmosphere all stoic and calm!
As a spirit fan I almost got a stroke when I saw that clutch by ropz and rain.
9:13 broky's face telling whats happening😂
Ropz kicked broky
he missed the shot at long. In that 2v4 clutch time i can't imagine what he's been through mentally
looks like Jesse in season 5 when he is having dinner with Walt and Skyler lmfao
bro this was so hype the hypest final ever
Yes, most hyped final since c9 at Boston
@@jiabaohuang6376 antwerpen 2022 was also great final

yea if frozen just woke up one round out of all the rounds he fcked up... faze woulda won it
Lmao. TS choked and couldn't close the game earlier. They planted the bomb but lose the round.
frozen and broky both choked in that last two rounds. If only either of them woke up.
Even someone is not faze's fan, you can't deny they bring us a good match or betterr say a good final, oh gosh faze is something special man
The donk strut was a power move.
Yup
Holy cow what a finale
10:02 Magixx just sitting there in a stun lock

That 2 v 3 no scope jump shot was so freaking unreal!
thanks for making me feel like I have friends that enjoy watching cs
One hell of a Major to get back into the game during. Thanks for the awesome streams the whole way through!
ABSOLUTE CINEMA
Bro i was ready at least 3-4 times with my camera on to capture Spirit's winning moment. Haha. "Cumback" was real, too real.
ropz is criminally overlooked as a top player this major
Donk is an unstoppable force
I don't feel bad for Karrigan as much as I feel for ropz and rain. They played their hearts out this whole playoffs.

Good effort Faze, so close!
absolute fucking cinema
The silence at the end is real, all that for no overtime was gutting.
man this was FUCKING UNREAL
DOOOOONNNNKKKKKK
Faze not completing the comeback still makes me so sad.
Wtf did magixx eat to breakfast. He delivered so hard at the finals
Wish I was able to see live but getting from work and waiting until 3 am was hard
still cant beleive no one took the bait on the dono
Ropz is KQLY, but legit. Confirmed.
10:28 man why does magixx look like the saddest major winner ever...
Донк 🐘🐘🐘
Man they choked last round frozen was so out of position. B is just too hard to retake

Congrats Spirit Major Champions and donk as the world's best CS player!
except he was the only one playing at the cph final and the rest of faze did fuck all
Faze wins if broky learns how to hit a FUCKING shot

He is an MVP for the final, but before semi's he was very inconsistent. Donk is just a killing machine and fully deserves his MVP.
The MVP is for the tournament not for the final only.
Even though spirit won the tournament, Faze played better.
Love how angry euros get at Spirit players for no reason 😂 they just don’t like them because they’re Russian 😂

They barely won. Yet they are the winners.
P.S. Chopper must be replaced. With someone b2x netter tha him, they could've won
Donks all aim no bot
90% donk, 10% other guys
hey lets not forget about boris he played his best right behind donk
