After randomly stumbling onto your channel, I was immediately impressed, awe struck, and inspired. You are wonderful girl!
I've been battling depression since the passing of my Mom, and for over 3 years I have not been creative, or motivated to do much of anything. My creative/artistic trait was a gift from my Mom and she was always so proud we shared that. I know it would sadden her to know that I have done nothing with it for these past years.
I wanted to let you know how grateful I am to find your channel. The wonderful creations you make pulled me out of my fog and I'm proud to say I just finished staining the wood floors and walls in my first attempt at a coffee can Gnome home! My Mom would absolutely love everything you do, and I simply cannot thank you enough for inspiring me.
Keep up the amazing work, and I look forward to following along and learning.

first let me offer my sincerest sympathies on the loss of your precious mom, my heart goes out to you. If I could I would give you a BIG hug. I'm so sorry! I can relate to your feelings, I still have my mom but I know that my time with her will be over sooner than later as she is elderly now and facing health issues. We are close, we phone or see each other every day. She is my partner in crime, lol my everything. The very thought of having to say goodbye forever grips my throat. I try not to go there and just enjoy the time we have.
I'm so honored to be part of the renewing you feel, that means more to me than I can ever say.
I wish you many peace-filled creative days as you continue healing and know your mom is close by as you create your Gnome Home! I'm so happy to know that you will be watching as I continue on this journey too. Lots of love ~ Sharon

Tip: if u make it cover the inside of the log with masking tape before rolling it up. Makes it easier.

I haven't completely decided on the photo story for my dioramas but I have been thinking fairies or witches for a while and the stuff you do would be lovely for ideas for my outdoor diorama. I have a stable nearly finished because I found a 1:6th horse to customise and my figures all have a kind of woodland look which I think would work great with the horse and I might be able to get some more little animals into the picture too. The horse has a pig as a stalemate (it wasn't very realistic but I am customising it too and it's beginning to look ok from certain angles so that's encouraging lol. I could make some little creatures with clay too...You have opened lots more possibilities as did Bentley House and Heather Tracy. I am off to look for your crochet stuff first because I have all the supplies to make some cute rugs, throws and cushions. I also want a closer look underneath the bridge because I am trying to make a semi natural looking koi pond for my outdoor scene too.
