It's gotten so bad for me that I'm scared of going to sleep. I wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding and empty feeling in my chest while my heart is racing. I went to the doctor a few days ago and had some blood work and ECG done, my BP and cholesterol was high, so the doctor gave some meds, ECG was fine other than rapid heartbeat. It's been a rough start of the year with the loss of a cousin and weeks later an aunt. I'm also unemployed and been running all kinds of bad scenarios on my mind so I think all of this stuff is catching up to me. I hope I can get rid of all this and videos like this one help out a lot, thanks.
Yes... i am in anxiety because i heard chronic stress can cause many diseases.. it can cause heart problem cancer ulcer air crash or road accident hair loss , A ,B , C , E etc etc... I am like a man who someone asks not to think about a black dog when you close your eyes.... if you think about balck dog then you'll get cancer.. now i see balck dog every where. I was fine until i learnt chronic stress is harmful. Now i am stressed because it is harmful. In short i am anxious about being anxious... I am scared of stress and anxiety. Which causes anxiety in me... Good day sir.
I am I the same boat. I read the same thing and this knowledge keeps the fervor going. I am constantly worry about being stressed/anxiety which makes me even more anxious. I have no idea how to get out of this loop. Been here for 1.5 years and I see no end. Have you figured it out? Did something help you overcome this?
For 3 years I've been plagued by this illness. Multiple ER visits, EKG'S, chest x-rays, Holter monitor, stress test, even an echocaridiogram. All normal. Blood pressure perfect, heart is healthy is what I've been told by a heart specialist and at least 10 different doctors. Yet I've still felt they "missed" something. I stopped drinking caffeine and alcohol, ate as clean as a could, and stopped going to the gym all in fear of the grim reaper coming for me. I'm a 32 yr old male and I knew something had to change, I couldn't keep living like this. I've since accepted the symptoms and embraced them, it's still extremely difficult for me and I struggle at times. I tell myself I have to keep fighting for my family and I won't allow my own body to defeat me. Stay strong my kings and queens. Keep fighting
@rahulvaidya9762 I know this is late but my wife got them for me and they seem to work! Not sure if it actually does or if it's a placebo effect but hey who cares as long as it works!
I am sorry you are dealing with this. Here is my latest video for people with cardiophobia. ruclips.net/video/O-OzsuipqSQ/видео.htmlsi=KNFJPyiu5LOIGUva.
I found your videos about 2 years ago, you’ve helped me go from having extreme agoraphobia to leaving my house getting a job and moving to a new town. Without you I would still be where I was then so thank you
I’ve been to the er and they were rude to me for having a panic attack...I’ve did an echocardiogram stress test, ECG and holter monitor. They all came back okay but I’m still convinced something is happening. I used to do a bunch of stuff I’m not proud of with drugs. I’ve been clean since 2017. A couple years later these heart sensations it got to the point where I couldn’t even smoke weed anymore which used to help my anxiety. Couldn’t drink caffeine and now it’s getting to the point I can’t even have nicotine anymore...I know some of these things can make anxiety worse but damn..I’m tired of giving up the things I enjoy over this. I’m convinced there is still something wrong with me or my heart that they have missed and I’m going to die over this...man I really hope it’s anxiety. What’s worse is I have social anxiety and don’t do well in doctors appointments..
My god, this is me, 100%. Watching this almost made me cry. I even bought an Apple Watch because I was having heart palpitations so often and check my pulse manually as a nervous habit. To think I’ve been making it worse myself!
Every single thing that is mentioned in this video is me. I was doing better & my mom got into a freak car accident and that has started me up all over again. I have had multiple ER, Primary, and Cardiologist visits. Xrays, Ekgs, Ecg & heart rate monitor all says ok, still every pain I have sends me into a spiral! I've been battling for 10 months now & I hate it! I wish I had someone like you near me! THank you for this. You truly save lives.
Hi Ashley. I am sorry you go through this and I am sorry your mom had that accident. I hope she is ok. If you ever need more help, shoot me a message at paigepradko.com.
One of the most important things to remember is that your heart is a mechanical organ. If there IS a problem with it, it WON'T stop or come and go until it's fixed. If it comes and goes, it isn't disease. It's hypersensitivity. No matter what you feel is happening, if it isn't constant, it is anxiety, especially if you've been checked out completely. Even thinking about your heart being healthy is enough to change the pattern or speed it up.
Yes. That’s important to remember. Even speaking one word raises your heartbeat and listening to someone else speak does the same thing. Thank you for your comment 🙏❤️
I was just referring to how sensitive our heart rates are. If we hear a noise our heart rate goes up. Or if we speak, our heart rate goes up. That is a completely normal function and nothing to be concerned about.
I did not know that speaking can effect our heart rate . It makes a lot of sense and I am so glad I found your page . Some days you think you are loosing your mind , but when you figure out what you have it’s not so scary .
That’s me! It’s the worst thing that ever happened to me. I got numerous tests over 10 years. The flutters were the worst. Sometimes you don’t notice for days but some days you feel them all day.
I started having heart pounding last year. I started watching all kinds of videos. I has having electrolytes out of balance. If I drink enough of a potassium electrolytes drink and take magnesium glycinate everyday my heart doesn't pound. But I'm finding that sometimes if I have a stressful day... say having to have a tooth worked on etc my heart pounds.... so I'm not sure if I have found a true cure or just a bandaid. But for a good night sleep this does help me.
Exactly!!!!!!! Mine are going off the hook today. I got me a KardiaMobile device, and now I can SHOW them the PVC's and palpatations. Everytime I go to the Doctor, they say "your fine". I even had a heart Holter monitor for 3 days on, and I could FEEL the palpatations, and they told me it was nothing to 'worry' about. WELL easier said then done! Good luck with your flutters. I understand.
Thank god I found this video ❤ I have severe health anxiety and after all tests being normal , I still felt doctors were missing something , now I’m on my journey to recovery with guided meditations and healing , thank you for making this video ❤
When you learn to not fear death your anxiety level goes to zero. It has worked wonders for me. Instead of concentrating on my body ailments I instead focus on How blessed I am. I'm dying and treasure each day...And I certainly don't worry about dying. I do have empathy for those who do. I wish them the very best and I'll see 'em later! 🙏❤️
you my friend have found the way out of anxiety, it's exactly what you said learn to not fear anxiety. You can not get rid of anxiety because anxiety is a normal emotion just like happiness and sadness. But when where happy we don;t go omg i am so happy why am so happy and why am i smling so much? No we don't question happiness but we do it with the not so fun emotions like anxiety and when we start to fear or supress those emotions and feelings a problem will start to apear called the anxiety disorder. we get sstuck i a hamster wheel with fearing thoughts and feelings and want to do everything to not feel or think it. But when you just let it happen without resistance or compulsive behavouirs our nervous system gets a break and can start to heal and anxiety will slowly but surely not be a problem anymore. Sounds easy but it's not i know that still working on it allowing something that feels so horrible is not easy but it's the only way out
Yes I agree. Personally i believe in God my prayer is your prayer enough of them God may make a way for future people. God thank you for people working together every day though we sometimes have conflict help us continue to help each other for everyone has talents no one can do all you can God AMEN
Aloha Paige! I work with US health care professionals and have read so much of the heart related literature. I have been in anxiety for years but these skipped beats have started putting me in visuous circle. Your video helped alot. Somehow the irritation in stomach has effect with heartbeats which sends me in constant state of panic. Wow life is not easy!!
I was a hypochondriac and my anxiety turned into a vicious cycle, panic attacks and all. Eventually I came to the conclusion that I just got fed up and stopped caring about dying, this may not work for everyone but for me it did. Without fear anxiety is useless
I am so glad that helped you. You are right about fear driving health anxiety. But sometimes the body responds automatically by causing hyper sensitivity to the feared anxiety symptoms. And a process of retraining the brain through interoceptive desensitization is recommended.
Love this! It's helped a lot as someone who has been suffering with Heart and Health Anxiety on top of Panic Disorder for 4 years or so now. Really soothing voice and a pretty smile too! 😊
I could cry, this is me word for word. At least I know for certain it's a health anxiety, despite having a diagnosed heart pulse problem that certainly doesn't make it easy. Trying to do CBT techniques, breathing exercises. Excited to try out what advice you give, because I want to feel happy and hopeful again and not focus on every twitch and pang and ideas of heart attacks. Thank you for this video
@@xxnofearxx8064 hey, I hope you feel better soon! so for me it's really strong heart palpitations that I can feel rather prominently. I also have a fast heart rate, between 90-110 (but lately back to normal 80!). I actually went to a cardiologist again who confirmed I'm doing well and I need to check my vitamin levels because it is one of the causes for heart palpitations. It's also a post-covid thing. She reassured me the problem will also likely go away :) I had increased heartrate only a few times after that, which indicates it's health anxiety lol.
That’s me!! I’m Josh (literally, my name is Josh). I’ve been suffering from near constant PVCs the last year (about 1-2 a minute) and it has completely wrecked my mental health. Going out with friends or even the slightest thud in my chest that’s hard will send me spiraling into a panic. I am hoping to get final word that my heart is void of any real problem, and in the meantime I will definitely be working on my response prevention, and some exposure. Thank you for this information!
You are more than welcome. Hoping you are well and once you have that information, you can even begin interoceptive sensitivity reduction training to train your brain to be less sensitive to those sensations.
I'd love to know how it went for you. I'm in the same boat. PVC's (1-2 a minute). I have noticed things that seem to bring them on or make them worse. Lack of sleep, eating a large meal (or sometimes just eating in general), and after exercise. They're so bothersome and scary, but at this point more bothersome than anything. I have an appointment in a week with a cardiologist here, so I'm looking forward to seeing what he has to say. Good news or bad I've kinda come to accept whatever...I just wish they'd go away. 🥴
Joshua I will give you piece of advise so whenever you feel your heart beats when going or going somewhere try to be an observer of it rather than forcing, hoping or wishing to make that go away try to just observe your fear. In case of fear don't react, don't suppress the fear, don't negate the fear, don't dig up your fear online, don't try to push them out from your mind the only solution is to face the fear inside by just observing it. Why did I say to observe the fear? Bcuz what you resists will persist and what you don't resist will slowly fade away. So you have let the fear in, acccept the fear and face the fear. Only then you will be free from your heart related fear and anxiety. The more you consider your fear scary, unacceptable, unwanted the more they make an impact so its best to let them come in and just keep watching them slowly and steadily they will start to fade away. Remember our mind prioritize fear first and rest of the thoughts secondary. Our mind wants us to accept the fear and try to face it otherwise it will keep bringing them back from the dead if we negate it, run from it, suppress it, dig down deep in it. I also had heart related fear, worry and anxiety but I managed it by managing the fear within.
Thank you for this. I am very self-aware & a trained Psychologist as well. But as they say you can’t really diagnose yourself. This really helped. I needed to hear it from someone that I may have Health Anxiety. Thank you! You have a new sub. God Bless!

I have been experiencing panic disorder. I was on my way to work and saw my heart rate was 130, when I noticed, my heart rate jumped to 200. I had a bout of SVT from anxiety. After that happened, I wouldn’t leave my house, I couldn’t drive, I wouldn’t go anywhere without a hospital around. Like, it’s been going on 2 years. I want my life back.

I was in the er last night for pvcs and my blood pressure was thru the roof, sent me home without relief said to follow up with cardiologist, WHO I just saw last week and changed meds, meds are not working.
Hi paige this video has really helped me my health anxiety started at age 28 healthy my whole life played plenty of sports and have stopped all because of my cardiac anxiety I'm 33 now and feel like iv lost the last 5 years of my life . Iv had multiple tests bloods chest x rays ecgs stress tests on treadmills and echo cardiagram + 3 24 hour holt monitors nothing showed up all normal. I'm good for awhile then boom the minute I get a heart flutter my anxiety spirals again leaving me in a state of flight or fight for days
Hi Ian. I am sorry that you have had to deal with that. This particular time of cardiac health anxiety is challenging and I specialize in helping people learn what to do to recover. It sounds like you are on a good path but should you ever need any help or support, you may really benefit from my Recovery from Health Anxiety course and support group: www.paigepradko.com/healthanxiety.
Hi Ian how are you doing. I’m 27 and I can relate to everything you are saying. At times I’m good for a couple of days and as soon as I get a palpitation or what I perceive to be a flutter my whole day goes down the drain. I’ve also seen a few cardiologists and I’ve worn a holter monitor and they said I was okay. I just don’t know where to turn!!! Can it all be in my head ? It’s so hard to believe that.
My heart is ruining my life. Every time I feel positive again I head out and do something “risky”. Today I was happily on the bike at the gym and I felt fine. Then all of a sudden boom this really crazy weird flutter in my chest. It freaked me out so much I stopped. I didn’t get faint or feel sick but the feeling scared me so much. I have now been disregulated the entire day. I am so glad I live 2 mins from a hospital.
I have this!!! I feel something in my body amd my mind goes immediately to doom and gloom. Especially with my heart and brain. Thank you for acknowledging this is real!!
This is me it’s calmed down so much. As the days go by the anxiety seems to calm down. Everyday I’m thinking and thinking but it’s getting better. I will be seeing my cardiologist soon, for follow up.
I was like Josh. I did all the tests I even stopped working for 3 months straight. One day I had a panic attack again and I went to the ER again but this time the blood test gave me false positive, I can’t explain my feelings at that day when I took the ambulance and went to near city ( 120 km)I thought I am dying. When I arrived they took blood and do ECG and I was shocked that the doctor say IT IS NORMAL. At this time I feel like switch in my life I take action I STOPPED GOOGLING, I become more religion, went to gym, walking everyday and become more social person. My advice to anyone having the same after taking all the tests and everything, if it’s normal just ignore and make good habits. Sorry for my bad English, but I hope this will help at least one person.
I have had two SVT episodes in my life, one when I was 13 and another when I was 21. When I was 13 the doctors told me it probably wouldn't happen again and didn't explain to me what it was, all I knew is my heart started going really really fast out of nowhere. It happened again while I was playing hockey at 21 years old. After that I was convinced I was going to die and that the doctors had no idea what they were doing. I found out what anxiety was and talking to someone made it better for a while but now i am 26 and feeling new heart symptoms. My trust in the medical system is down (im Canadian). I absolutely have health anxiety and do all the things talked about in this video. I keep looking for reassurance but im just not getting it. Im waiting to do more tests but I don't want to wait it feels like an emergency. Im at a loss.
I am so sorry you are going through this. It sounds like you are scared, but have no testing evidence that there is a problem. And, you have lost trust in the medical system. If this is health anxiety, you may have to learn how to manage those doubts about your health, and you may feel anxiety sensations that are uncomfortable but not dangerous. Health anxiety tries to convince you that it is urgent and if you don’t act now, something horrible will happen. It is exactly how it hooks you. I want you to know that you are not alone and this is much more common than you can imagine. If you would like help in managing and coping with health anxiety, I specialize in treating people with health anxiety. I have a program that can help you: www.paigepradko.com/healthanxiety
This is definitely me ever since my grandfather passed away and suddenly after my mom. I've been suffering with everything mentioned in this video, I even have a loop recorder that checks out fine on my check ups. However I'm still feeling like something is wrong. It's exhausting and depressing.
I am so sorry for the loss of your loved ones. When we feel like something is wrong, we are unintentionally increasing our stress and anxiety. And that causes more adrenaline to be released into our blood stream. Do your best to remind yourself that you are safe.
The last time my palpitations were so bad and I went to the ER. They found that my potassium level were a little low. And slightly high blood pressure. I have anxiety and absolutely have terrible health anxiety, but sometimes it is not just anxiety causing the palpitations. That’s what’s so difficult, when palpitations/irregular beats happen, the uncertainty of “is this just anxiety or is it not?” Sometimes it is and sometimes it’s not! It’s horrible
Yes, you’re right. You have to have a medical management plan spelled out with your medical providers especially regarding what is dangerous and what is not. And then treat your health anxiety as well as anxiety can increase the symptoms and sensations. When I work with people that have had bypasses and other cardiac procedures, I work closely with their cardiologists to determine what they can do physically and what symptoms they may feel but are not dangerous. In most cases, it is the anxiety that creates the suffering.😥
This was a very helpful video.. I go through bouts of cardiac anxiety. It comes and goes.. and right now it’s came back again for the 3rd time.. gotta quit coffee again.
Thank you for this video friend 🙏🏼 Ive been suffering with heart health anxiety since I was 14 years old and I am now 26 . It has been a hard journey and it wasn’t until this year that I finally sought help with an incredible therapist that I’ve been working with for the last several months. Everything in this video is literally me described it to a T. I understand that these things come through intense trauma in life. I can’t say that’s the case for every individual but I know that is the case for myself. I went through so much abuse as a kid and it manifested in my body. I have considered getting a cardiac ablation but my cardiologist wants to wait six more months and do a new monitor at that time to see if I’m still in need of getting that but he said if it’s truly an anxiety issue that it won’t matter and the ablation won’t do a whole lot if it’s truly anxiety. I’m kind of venting here. I feel like this is a safe place. I’m sure other people who are reading this will relate to the things I’m talking about. Whoever is reading this I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart, I love you and I pray and hope that we all get better and recover from these terrible fears and traumas.
Hi David. Thank you for sharing your story. I am so sorry you experienced trauma and it affected you in this way. I have worked with people with heart heath anxiety for almost 20 years and some report trauma whereas others do not. I think it is quite complicated and has not been researched fully. In my opinion I can see how the symptoms themselves can be traumatic. And if the symptoms are reinforced by avoidances and safety behaviors like reassurance seeking, a cycle can be developed and the anxiety is maintained. I am so happy that you have found a therapist that is helping you.🙏❤️
Ive been going crazy with my hearts palpitations. I havent seen many health professionals tho. I told my doctor about them and she didnt seem worried. I went to an urgent care when i was having them. But when they called me back they stopped. So they obviously didnt catch anything on the ekg (which was very frustrating). I was born with a strong heart. Ive seen a cardiologist before and they didnt seem worried either. But these palpitations are terrifying!!! Sometimes ill get what feels like my heart is skipping ever other beat for a few minutes straight!!! I genuinely think im going to die everytime i get them.
I am sorry that you are experiencing those palpitations and skipped beats. Although it feels scary and uncomfortable, most people are told by their medical providers that they are harmless. If they continue to frighten you, you may be developing health anxiety as well, that can be especially frustrating. Here are some resources for you: Health anxiety assessment www.paigepradko.com/healthanxietyquiz OnLine Course: Rapid Recovery from Health Anxiety www.paigepradko.com/healthanxiety
Look into SVT. It sounds like it could be. I had it for 18 years before it was diagnosed. Very difficult to catch in action! It’s where there is faulty wiring which can get stuck in a loop every so often. There are manoeuvres to help come out of them. Feel very very scary but generally if you have a healthy heart they aren’t dangerous..
Yeah I'm 38 and have high blood pressure. I've had them for years, they'd come and go. Dr said probably benign palpitations. Went to urgent care also for EKG and Dr said heart was healthy. Bought smartwatch with ECG capability and checked and said AFib which sent my anxiety through roof. Checked immediately after and read normal. So no longer wearing snarwatch since heart rate and ecg readings do more harm then good.
Hi Paige thanks for all of this information. I have health anxiety and mostly Cardiophobia i went to do a EKG and it was normal expect i had a heart prolaps which isn't a problem at all.Now not all the time but especially at night my symptoms come back the funny thing is they aren't even that big of symtoms i get anxious about the smallest of things like for example little tingling in my hands , or numbness in my hands when i've been in a very postion ( especially the left one ) or everytime i feel somethinh like numbness, i try to realx myself sometimes i can but sometimes i get a panic attack which these days doesn't last too long since i'm trying to withstand it .I've avoiding things to like you mentioned above which is actually devestating since i am too young , 17 and it is ruininng my youth and my life. I get scared about every symtom that i have ( like numbness in any part of the body , stomach pain, shortness of breath etc i once even got scared because my tooth was hurting and i thought i was getting a heart attack ) i also am too sensitive these days i just can't handle any emotion happiness or sadness it's really tiring but i just hope i can get through this once againb thank you !
I am sorry you are going through this, especially at such a young age. I have pretty much the same exact symptoms that you described. Any traumatic events in your life that may have triggered it?
Since I was five I have been scared of my heartbeat. Around this time I had severe traumas that are hard to talk about. When I went to college the fear got worse with the new stressors not because of a heart attack but constantly hearing and feeling my breathing and heart beats drove me crazy because it’s constant and never ending and I felt I wanted to jump out of myself to not hear and feel this and had to dropout many times I was told by parents from a pediatrician that at five years old I have a nervous breakdown as the doctor diagnosed me.If I entertain the thought especially in boredom or when falling asleep sometimes I would eventually feel suicidal because of the stimulus I’m still searching for a diagnoses. Deep breathing and or most meditation techniques makes it worse yet. I wished I could find an answer and or a diagnosis. Thanks for helping me finding a step in the right direction and I’m still trying to find a “solution” if I can get over these symptoms
I am so sorry that you are going through this. I am not sure if you have heard of somatic awareness OCD, but your message makes me wonder if this is what you are experiencing. I have this condition as well. Here is a video where I talk about it: ruclips.net/video/0kjFbCy_Sio/видео.htmlsi=emOo5M_A273MuC6y
@@PaigePradkoTherapy Yes, it was really helpful. My panic attacks are only before bed time. I do not know why and I am not scared....just palpitations for 1 minute, some anxiety and concern, some chills and a cold sensation after. I did many tests except a consult to a psychiatrist. Now I know what to do, thank you!
I am so glad i found this. I have gone my whole adult life suffering from cardiac health anxiety. It all started for me back when i was close to my 17th birthday. I was with a friend smoked a little weed, hung out for a little bit watching a movie until all of a sudden I noticed my heart was beating way too fast and hard with intense palpitations, to the point I just got up and left and went home without really saying anything to my friend except that i think im dying. Long story short, it was this one experience alone that triggered my cardiac anxiety and would lead me down a path to experience some of the worst things in my life. Im 40 now, i haven't drank or done drugs in over a decade but i still experience the cardiac anxiety almost every day and i worry it will eventually be too much for my heart as i get older. No doctor i have seen in the over 20 years this has been happening has really taken my visits seriously, they just tell me im healthy and too young to have anything wrong with my heart, so now i just suffer in silence 😢
This is how I am.. My heart terrifies me. I constantly feel it, it races, or beats too slow. It beats too hard or is too weak. My blood pressure is always high and I check it constantly which makes it higher. I constantly monitor my heart rate and oxygen level with my pulse ox. Ive been to the ER multiple times, Cardiologist ect. They always tell me other than my BP being high because Im so anxious there is nothing wrong with my heart. But its all I can focus on. My chest gets tight, i get pains. My life is miserable. Im depressed, I dont leave the house. I avoid everything. I need help so bad.

I've been terrified that something's wrong with my heart ever since my first panic attack when I was 14. I never went to the ER or gotten any work ups throughout the years until last November when, as part of my yearly check up, got an EKG (ECG?) and they found a slight arrhythmia. I was told it was a result of my anxiety, as I was panicking throughout the night and into the day about the check up, and nothing further was done. However, after watching this video, I'm planning on getting another done alongside telling them about my history with palpitations and anxiety issues. It's just to see if it was isolated to my anxiety episode or it is an actual issue I have. My family can't afford constant ER visits or work ups, so I'm planning on just having this be the only evaluation regarding heart health if my doctor doesn't push for further appointments. Cardiac anxiety is no joke, and it is incredibly depressing, especially when OCD is the driver behind kt... All's to say, I appreciate your insight into behaviors regarding this specific subset. I hope to be living more comfortably soon.
Hello paige what a fantastic video most things you said i a done i to keep checking my pule and wake up at night with fear but have learned to live with it for yeares but listening to what you said is very comfatting yes have had heart monitors on all the tests and still the same position. but i have to live with it and just try and blank it out. but paige great comfort just to here what you say. thank you Rob from the UK
I thoroughly agree with everything said in this video regarding heart anxiety. Good to see that you distinguish between Arrhythmia and Palpitations, unlike so many others. There is a distinct & very important difference! Atrial Fibrillation (AF) is one of the commonest causes of a heart arrhythmia. As such, "arrhythmia" must be distinguished from palpitations before any heart health anxiety therapy is commenced. AF can range from occasional or random episodes to becoming a permanent chaotic cardiac state. It is a serious condition that can cause blood clotting and possibly a cerebral stroke.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment. Most of my cardiac health anxiety clients with and without diagnoses are referred to me by their cardiologists. If not, I advise clients to complete cardiac work ups before assuming that cardiac symptoms are caused by an adrenaline response.
@@bart_mac_baker only your doctor can diagnose that. But linking a video that may be quite useful. ruclips.net/user/live8sJIjPbzHro?si=X6NSNukyaY7B1sjy
The best way I cope with my health anxiety is just having faith in my actions I practice to counter what my health anxieties are. From the moment I wake up til I go to sleep, it is indeed controlled by my health anxiety, but it’s in a healthy manor that will allow me to lead a long healthy life, which rests my mind. I’ve also accepted that one day we all pass away and if it is from my health anxiety issue I worry about: then so be it.
Mine is caused by electrohypersensitivity. I have been diagnosed by a Dr that was a professor at Harvard Medical School and worked at Mass General. It took me 20 years to find this out. I now avoid smart meters and dirty electricity, and when I stay away, my heart is fine.
I get palpitations, but I get this feeling of a pause followed by a big beat or thump. It is very, very horrifying. This usually sends me into a full blown panic attack!!! Lord help me
I am sorry to hear that, Elizabeth. I have a course for panic attacks that will become available at the end of January that would be helpful if you have been told that it is anxiety induced. I teach interoceptive sensitivity reduction training exercises in that course. Here is a panic quiz and a link for the waitlist should you be interested in that training: Panic Attacks Quiz www.paigepradko.com/panic-quiz Your Panic Attacks Are NOT the Boss OnLine Course Waitlist www.paigepradko.com/panic
Hi Elizabeth, Your symptoms sound like ectopic heart bits ... I get them too. I am not a doctor, but based on my research, I found that taking a "Magnesium Taurate" supplement and eating Potassium-Magnesium rich foods like Bananas, Avocados etc helps a lot. It did help for me. One final thing, make sure you are not suffering from "Sleep Apnea" as this is often one of the main causes for getting ectopics w/o knowing it. I hope you get well.
I get the exact same thing everyday aswell as a high heart rate, it seems to go away with a lot of exercise, although when I stop it eventually comes back
@@aerialbeats5146 I know it sucks. Mine is anxiety induced, when I’m relaxed and not anxious, I don’t have any issues but if I am anxious or have a panic attack, there goes my heart. I exercise a lot, and that’s good, but what I learned is no matter how healthy you eat. No matter how much you workout. You MUST calm your Anxious mind. When anxiety is put in CHECK, the symptoms no matter what they are go away. And thank you Jesus, if anxiety goes so does everything else.
I went through a rough time a couple of years ago, when I had a infection that gave me high blood pressure and increased pulse rate. Led me to check my blood pressure and pulse rate constantly and led me to develop generalized anxiety disorder and chronic insomnia. Then I devolped pvcs and they are awful. Had all testing done, heart's good but im left with debilitating anxiety. Thank you for a wonderful video!!
I can relate to this so much and just this video has given me some relaxation on my thoughts on my chest pains after being to A&E many times with no serious result or even any explanation. Realizing it's my thoughts that makes it worse.
More people like you would be needed! I experience so much anxiety about everything and my heart is one thing I worry about. I've got fatigue and can't do anything anymore.. I think it's the ambi that makes me sick. I can't trapped them out..
I find your and some other therapist videos very helpful. I believe than knowledge about health anxiety and how to respond in situations when sensations are there are keys to success. I thank to you and some others for making your time to have free available information that saves lives
I had a radio frequency ablation at 21 years of age. Svt. It was awful for my childhood and I'm 40 now. It never goes away but you can lead a nice life. Be careful with alcohol, I became addicted because it was the onky thing that stopped my anxiety. I'm sober 14 months now. Stick with life guys. It gets better, then worse then better again.
heart anxiety is real. I'm 18 and since I was 15 I have been fearing my heart. my own heart. I felt my left arm going "weak" when it wasn't(right now it is happening). I'm happy during the day,I'm fine all the time but at night I'm most likely going to go crazy over my heart. I hate this. it's insanely odd. I love hearing others talk about it,it makes me want to cry because I know I'm not alone but I still feel like I'm dying, like I'm not okay. this is my life for years,I know I'm healthy too, even though I'm a bit overweight. my brain just continuously tells me my heart is gonna give out because I ate this or that or maybe I didn't exercise. I'm tired. I know I'm stressed because of a little thing, but my body sends me odd signals and now I feel weak in certain areas that coincide with heart attack and just don't know what's happening. could you plead have a word with me? I'd love to know what you think about my issue

OMG, i can relate and at the same time it still scares me. Chest pressure, dizziness, weird pinching that goes up my neck and to shoulders. I feel either a grip on my chest or heavy like a rock. Did 3 EKG in the last month and half, one Cray that included my belly and chest. Blood tests are ok. Why am I still scared that this time it will be different and I should worry. I couldn’t have found this video on a better time, am someone who goes to ER atleast twice a month. Cardio issues last week, Cancer scare this week, and back to cardio scare. Already had echo and ecg all normal, am just worried about cardiac arrest cuz of my heart rate being close to 100. I am so embarrassed to go back to er again, they have already told me nothing is wrong and am manifesting these symptoms. I was having a scare right now since my heart rate was around 100. Thank you this calmed me a little.
I am sorry that you are going through this. Health anxiety is so challenging and is misunderstood by many. If I can be of help, please contact me at paigepradko.com
100 is actually normal. Anything from 60-100 is normal - my heart rate reached 197 the other night with anxiety and that is also “normal” with anxiety. You are going to be ok. I no how scary this is also
This woman is such an amazing person. I write for mental health organizations after overcoming my struggle. If you google my name you can see my story. We all go through hard times, but our perseverance, inner strength, and mindset can help push past those obstacles. Thank you ma’am for always sharing hope to those who go through struggles. And to anyone reading this…NEVER GIVE UP!
Well. I definitely have the anxiety . Unfortunately, or fortunately i also have actually problems that didnt show until i got upset with my cardiologist office. I had said to my dr how do you know its not pulmonary hypertension. He said we dont unless we do a heart cath. I had open heart surgery in January 2024, its been over 9 months , i was about to give up. I got a personal trainer to loose weight so i can go back to the dr and say , i lost weight , now what... But once the heart cath was done they found heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. So now i am referred to heart failure clinic. I agree with all of this anxiety talk, and its important, but first get all the tests you thinknyou need to make you comfortable first. Cardiac rehab, is where i knew it wasnt just anxiety, the nurses said let us know if you feel uncomfortable, shortness of breath, dizzy etc. I said if i did that i would never get any excersise in Anyway. Now even rhough i was right thay there was a problem, i still will need to learn how to relax now that i at least have a diagnosis.
What was your RSVP??? I’m worried i have pulmónary Hypertension BC i have been having SOB, especially when standing. I can’t really walk much without my heart pounding súper hard or fast . My RSVP about a year and half ago was 26 but it said reversed suggusted diastolic dysfunction soo I’m scared 😭
Hi Paige another great video!! Just to add that SVT is very difficult to catch and diagnose, it took me 15 years until it was even suggested and another 3 years to catch it after an extreme postpartum complication. I’m sure there are many who actually don’t have any heart conditions but for 15 years and so many heart tests I was made to believe it was all in my head. I’m saying that even when you do have a diagnosis there is a huge mental piece of work to do around managing the health anxiety that comes with such an u unpredictable, scary and inconvenient condition! Thank you for all the brilliant work and awareness raising you are doing 😊
Yes, SVT is a condition that can go undetected. And I am sorry you went so many years without that diagnosis. And yes, health anxiety can add significantly to one’s suffering with or without a medical diagnosis. Thank you for sharing your experience 🙏❤️
Sorry to comment again but will Josh not speak on here? Im so done with this. Now they say I have anorexia, I am skinny , and I dont eat but it’s because im scared it will set my heart off again
OMG.... You have described me almost exactly except I AM TERRIFIED OF GOING TO ANY DOCTOR. Do actually have Roemheld Syndrome, which is also known as gastric cardia. But it keeps me in a debilitating state of panic.
I've been going through this for seven years. I constantly check my pulse I've had multiple cardiac workup. Even went to the Mayo Clinic to get checked out. Everyday I feel my heart pound all day it's frustrating and scary
That must be terrible to be in that health anxiety cycle. What you describe is the most common experience expressed in people with heart health anxiety. If you need help learning how to break that cycle, reach out to me at paigepradko.com.
I'm so tired of experiencing fast heart racing papilations and the flushing warm sensations that comes along it ! It absolutely horrible it's like a ongoing nightmare I can just be watching something on TV 📺 and all of a sudden I feel a warm fuzzy feeling coming on then difficultly catching my breath then it goes into full fast mode and it's pure hell. I truly wish I can stop getting these horrible papilations there so debilitating 😢😮💨💔
I’m sorry that’s happening. I imagine that even though it is uncomfortable, you are doing your best to stay calm and allow the episode to pass without adding fearful thoughts.
I just started having issues with this. I have moments of heart flutters that are okay, but it’s gotten to a point where I sometimes can’t feel my heart beating. And I’ll get a global heaviness in the base of my throat. I’ve never had heart issues, my Grandfather had a heart disease at a young age, but I’ve never had these issues. I don’t know how or when my issues started, but if I don’t feel my heart, I start to freak out. I ended up having my hand on my heart as I went into my moms room and started having a panic attack. I don’t have chest pains, trouble breathing, or anything. I cut off caffeine, took more CBD, and it still does the thing. I count my heart beats to keep up with Rhythm up until 30-50, and sometimes I feel completely hollow whenever I have these moments. If I don’t feel my heart, I automatically freak out. I do have Suspected Autism, ADHD, and was diagnosed with GAD at a young age, I’ve always had an issue with anxiety, but it’s so hard to relax nowadays. I write out everything I need to whenever I feel like I won’t wake up in the morning.
I am so sorry. What you are describing reminds me of somatic awareness ocd and it seems it is being triggered by your concern to feel your heart beat. Here is a video that describes it: ruclips.net/video/0kjFbCy_Sio/видео.htmlsi=Scd-pJrp2yG_S21k
WOW, I never knew what was happening to me this whole time. I had a real strong feeling in my chest 1 day ago, it felt like my heart jumped twice. I am honestly still getting checked out, because I have had these pains, and palpitations (a bit more recent) for quite some time now, and I'm still not sure if it is cardiac anxiety. Whenever it happens I just get a sinking feeling, and a thought of me getting a heart attack or dying. Hopefully it's just in my head and not an underlying health condition. I just want some peace of mind.
These cardiac symptoms are extremely common with anxiety. But, I still recommend that you get checked out by your doctor if they persist. If your tests are normal, you can attribute it to anxiety and then interoceptive sensitivity reduction training is highly recommended. Thank you so much, I’ve been suffering with heart anxiety for bout 1 year now , I was scared every single second of my life , I was too scared to leave my house even my bed for months , it put me in a real deep depression…it was horrible , even after weeks and weeks of going to the hospital with ekgs , chest scans , all came out normal , but it never helped me accept that this is just my anxiety , your words , your knowledge is so so helpful to me that it almost felt as if my heart anxiety symptoms lifted instantly. I today try day by day to get thru it , get better , accept that I am healthy
Mark, I am so touched by your comments. I am grateful if my video helped in any way. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me at paigepradko.com if I can be of help.
This video helped me in the moment, I have had PVCs for as long as I can remember, but for whatever reason, from time to time they scare me to no end. I will feel the extra beats and my minds begins to race. I have had 5 EKGs and one event monitor, all came back normal. Yeah helped me for awhile, I also had a EKG on my watch, but that sometimes made it worse. I sometimes can ignore them and go on with my day, but other times tneh grab hold of me and taken control
The good news is that you have been checked out and cleared for any cardiac problems. The treatment I recommend is called interoceptive sensitivity reduction training. It is helpful for cardiac symptoms caused by high anxiety. I have a course coming out later this month where I teach these interoceptive exercises and how and when to use them. Here is a link if you are interested: www.paigepradko.com/panic
@@wtbwrites1806 I recommend following the medical advice that was given to you. While I cannot give medical advice, I can help you with the physical and emotional symptoms caused by anxiety. 😊
For myself, and I imagine many people dealing with these kinds of sensations, ‘ignoring them’ simply isn’t possible. They’re as alarming as a slap in the face, and can completely throw off your sense of self…. Personally I can no more ignore the beats than I can being struck by lightning.
This is true. Yet after a cardiac work up where results are normal, so many are left feeling dismissed. It is frustrating. There are steps that one can take to change the way they interpret what they feel, and if it is anxiety related, interoceptive retraining can help.
I had really bad health anxiety about a few months ago. After going to the ER, they told me it was just anxiety I got an EKG and chest X-ray, after that my symptoms slowly went away over time. I just got the pain in the left side of my chest again and was wondering what was the most common area and pains where people felt the anxiety. I also wanna let you know how awesome you are you made my anxiety much better.
People can feel anxiety about almost any sensation they feel. Anxiety can attach to anything. Fearing sensations associated with your heart is common. Even going to the hospital with those complaints can add to that fear. Do your best to allow the sensation or pain to be there without responding to it while also being compassionate towards yourself.
Thank you so much!!!! I haven’t found any answers to what my issue was with my ectopic heart beats but now this is a start to begin therapy that will help me undo all of the anxiety I have created
I have extreme health anxiety. I have very strong PVC's or ectopic beats. They are very very scary. The problem is that I know people who felt fine, then the next minute they had a heart attack. I read stories like this all the time. John Doe exercised every day, then just dropped dead one day. Stories like this keep my anxiety very high all the time.
Those random stories you may here likely did not have physical or cardiac work ups and their problems would have been caught had they had a screening. Since you know what you experienced, you likely have had a cardiac work up and cardiac problems have been ruled out. Even though what you feel is painful and uncomfortable, it is not dangerous.
What’s crazy is I really though I had overcome health anxiety. Went away for a whole year, than I fell back on some stressful times and it’s back with full force. Past week been having heart pains, palpitations, wake up and can’t breathe. Worked out for a bit today started getting all ichy and it felt like my heart had just stopped… IM 17 LOL. Gonna go finish the workout, gonna overcome this fast this time. Thanks for the video ❤
Yes, it can come back when you are stressed, or if you start compulsions again like checking on your body symptoms and worrying and googling information. Even doctor visits and testing can ramp up the anxiety, although I do recommend annual checkups as part of everyone’s health maintenance. Glad to hear you are going to finish your workout 🏋️♀️😊

Oh my God, when you described him, i thought you were describing me. I am starting therapy soon and hope they can help... if not I may reach out. I am 48, but feel like my Heart is 98. I feel rejuvinated when i work out, but when my heart rate increases i think i am gonna die. Everyone says your fine. I tell myself i am fine. But yet i am scared to death!
I’m struggling with this now also, had 2 ekgs one at my doctors office and the other from the er. They released me saying everything was fine and when I got online to check my chart there was two things on my results from the ekg, possible left atrial enlargement and the other is can not rule out anterior infarct age undetermined, I have appointment with a heart doctor on Monday and my anxiety is through the roof, my symptoms are shortness of breath, palpitations and even having chest pains, they did special blood work to see if I had a heart attack and everything was clear. I lost my Mom a year ago due to covid and my anxiety has spiraled out of control, I literally feel like I’m dying anymore… Thank you for sharing your video, it calms me down some listening to your voice…..
Hi Tammy. I am truly sorry that you are experiencing this and worried about your symptoms. I am glad you are getting a full work up, but everything you are describing are also the same symptoms that people experience with high anxiety. And I am so sorry about losing your mom and know that must have been very traumatic. Please contact me at paigepradko.com if I can help you navigate through this concern. 🙏❤️
This was exactly mg experience! Blood work, two EKGs, CT scan of my head since I experienced vertigo and dizziness all the time, they said I was okay.. then I received my results and it said exactly the Same thing.. Left atrial enlargement.. I freaked out and has a very bad panic attack that lasted almost hours. My doctor referred me to a cardiologist to do an echocardiogram. When I got my results and saw that everything was normal , I was happy but til this day I struggle to trust in myself and my body.. it’s a work in progress! You will ge through it! Take it day by day. And don’t believe in your brains tricks
Hi Gabriela. I can relate to everything you have been going through. I went to the ER for heart palpitations and they said it was I was okay. My EKG also said Left Atrium enlargement and left ventricular hyperthropy. I’ve seen multiple cardiologists after and did all the tests ECHO, Blood work, monitor and stress test and everything came back normal. Ofcourse I was relieved in the moment but I still constantly worry about my heart. I still feel palpitations and every little sensation I feel around my heart drives me insane and in complete panic. I Just don’t know where to turn or what to do.
Paige, I have eye flashes (and floaters) and the flashes are more noticeable obviously in the dark at night. So I avoid being outside in the dark and driving at night (the headlight halos make it difficult) but I do make myself do it to pick up my daughter from work. I do ask my other kids sometimes to pick her up and I feel relief at this. I know this is avoidance. These flashes have caused me so much distress for 15 months. I don’t know where to turn because I feel helpless. I feel like it’s self punishment :/
Hi Patty. I am no eye expert but please have those flashes checked out? The floaters will come and go…I get those as well and learned about them from my eye doctor. You can find I-Caps at the drug store and the vitamins actually helped break up my floaters. But, the flashes need to be checked. Some people get them with migraines but they have other causes as well. An optometrist can check and help you and may be able to help you with those halos at night as well. I get those too and ordered some night time driving glasses that corrected for a stigmatism that caused the halos. We have to do what we can to cope with these issues and keep moving forward. 😊
I'm 5 minutes in writing this and with the exception of depression I am 1 for 1. I've been to 3 cardiologists and a gastroenterologist and nothing physically major has turned up. The thing is I have numbness and pains regularly if not all day in both arms and moreso in my left arm. I do get small chest pains regularly, but the most pausing thing is an in and out cramp that happens just below my rib cage where I can feel 1 heartbeat distinguished or that's what it feels like anyway. I can always feel my heartbeat regardless in my chest, palms, and neck. I get a weird popping sensation in my neck sometimes. I have both visual and audible hallucinations and sometimes my ears will get a dulling sensation. I don't get a lot of headaches but the most common one I get is congestive which takes my to the fact that I sneeze more often in the past year than I ever have before, it was at its worst in January where I would sneeze in succession 3 to 6 times and at least 40-50 times a day. Right now I sneeze maybe 2-3 times a day. This all started a little over a year ago when I thought I was having a heart attack. Went to the ER and they couldn't find anything wrong with me. Went to a cardiologist who said the same. But things started to get worse. I was dizzy pretty much all day every day and I had what I could best describe as slosh brain where it felt like it was detached and just moving around. I ended up going to the ER 2 more time before November when I saw a family doctor who tested my vitamin D level and it was 15ish. I started taking vit D and felt better the next day but around this same time is when the chest cramp started happening. I could barely walk between November and April (and still have a hard time walking). In February I seen my second cardiologist who again found nothing. In March my left front thigh started hurting really bad, a pain I had 3 years prior, when covid started actually, so I saw the third cardiologist who I told all my symptoms to and again he found nothing, with my heart or my leg. I seen the gastro around this time too and had an endoscopy done, apparently I have a little acid reflux but since taking the acid reducer I still get the cramp to this day.
I have so much compassion for you. What you are experiencing is severe health anxiety. It’s horrible. This is me 💔 I used to be a social butterfly but my health anxiety from heart flutters, thuds and skips makes me feel like time is going by without me and I’m just stuck. I cancel plans with friends and family almost all the time. They come out of nowhere and I feel like I have no quality of life. Doctor told me I am all good, but it doesn’t ease my mind 😞 I will literally check my pulse all day long and constantly check my ECG at home and they always look normal. I can never catch these flutters on the ECG’s 😭💔
I am so sorry.
You have gone through so much and it sounds like you are feeling stressed. I hope you feel better and I’m glad the video is helpful.
does anyone get anxious about being anxious about being anxious lol
Yes, that’s a thing 😊
Yes... i am in anxiety because i heard chronic stress can cause many diseases.. it can cause heart problem cancer ulcer air crash or road accident hair loss , A ,B , C , E etc etc...
Yep 😂
Dr Claire Weekes’ book helped me understand anxiety & understanding it is key to overcoming it.
I am sorry you have been through this. I love your attitude. Keep up the good work. ❤️
How much alcohol did you drink when you were younger cause I have it to and I used to party and I think I did it to myself 😮
Did you guys give a try to magnesium supplements ?
I am also struggling with this. Thank for sharing you are making me feel less alone.
@rahulvaidya9762 I know this is late but my wife got them for me and they seem to work! Not sure if it actually does or if it's a placebo effect but hey who cares as long as it works!
I cried watching this. This is me 100%. I need help because I’m starting to have agoraphobia. Thank you for this video. It gives me hope.
Without you I would still be where I was then so thank you
That is incredible! Good for you! That took a lot of work and commitment. You just made my day 🙏❤️
She has helped me so much too. I am beyond thankful. Best therapist on RUclips
Amazing!! Well done👍
I e had agoraphobia since 2005. Glad to see you are doing better.
@@PaigePradkoTherapy Doctor Paige, what do you mean by speaking one word changes the speed? I just want to be sure I understand??
I was just referring to how sensitive our heart rates are. If we hear a noise our heart rate goes up. Or if we speak, our heart rate goes up. That is a completely normal function and nothing to be concerned about.
I did not know that speaking can effect our heart rate . It makes a lot of sense and I am so glad I found your page . Some days you think you are loosing your mind , but when you figure out what you have it’s not so scary .
man, that was exceedingly helpful ❤
That’s me! It’s the worst thing that ever happened to me. I got numerous tests over 10 years. The flutters were the worst. Sometimes you don’t notice for days but some days you feel them all day.
It really is a terrifying condition for many. I am so sorry you are going through this. 😥
So glad you found some nutrients to help.
Same here
Exactly!!!!!!!
I hope the video was helpful and wish you continued healing. ❤️
How u do that?..affermation or something else..
@dougg1165~~God Bless you and keep you safe~~For as long as you can, enjoy everyday of your precious life~~I will pray for you~~🙏🙏🙏💖💖💖~~
you my friend have found the way out of anxiety, it's exactly what you said learn to not fear anxiety.
And a process of retraining the brain through interoceptive desensitization is recommended.
yess i'm getting to that point. i've been having anxiety since 5th grade im 20 now and i'm so annoyed like just let whatever happens at this point 😂
Love this! It's helped a lot as someone who has been suffering with Heart and Health Anxiety on top of Panic Disorder for 4 years or so now. Really soothing voice and a pretty smile too! 😊
Thank you, Tyler. I am glad it helped. I understand how difficult those conditions are when they are combined. Thank you for the lovely compliment. 😊
I’m with you Josh, praying we all get better from this🙏

I could cry, this is me word for word. At least I know for certain it's a health anxiety, despite having a diagnosed heart pulse problem that certainly doesn't make it easy. Trying to do CBT techniques, breathing exercises. Excited to try out what advice you give, because I want to feel happy and hopeful again and not focus on every twitch and pang and ideas of heart attacks. Thank you for this video
Wishing you the best. Thank you for sharing ❤️
what does that heart pulse thing feel like as I'm scared i may have the same thing ?
Inbox m
I'd love to know how it went for you. I'm in the same boat. PVC's (1-2 a minute). I have noticed things that seem to bring them on or make them worse. Lack of sleep, eating a large meal (or sometimes just eating in general), and after exercise. They're so bothersome and scary, but at this point more bothersome than anything. I have an appointment in a week with a cardiologist here, so I'm looking forward to seeing what he has to say. Good news or bad I've kinda come to accept whatever...I just wish they'd go away. 🥴
@@amberlimbaugh Hi, what did the doctor say?
You're literally a God send.
Thank you. I hope the video is helpful 🙏❤️

Same here dear. I feel the same sensations and it is so uncomfortable. I can feel the palpitations from my stomach all the way up to my throat!

@PaigePradkoTherapy yes, I'm trying. I've been looking for answers for a long time, and your video has eased my mind a lot. Thank you
I'm glad I found this video!

Yes, good idea. Coffee and stress can amp it up.

Ive been suffering with heart health anxiety since I was 14 years old and I am now 26 .

@@sabinejane14 someone else also suggested it could be SVT! Ill look into it
Yeah I'm 38 and have high blood pressure.
Beyond Paige’s amazingly helpful videos, I have also started taking magnesium when i start feeling palpitations again. It stops them right away.

Wishing you the best on your checkup, Mikey. 🙏❤️

As a full blown heart anxiety owner :) I have question. How to check if you have arythmia or not? Especially when I feel em occasionally.
Thank you for sharing, Brandon. It sounds like you understand yourself and how to cope with your anxiety.
Thank you for this. Avoidance of certain things is making things worse and I didn't realize it.
You’re welcome. Glad to be of help ❤️
Mine is caused by electrohypersensitivity. I have been diagnosed by a Dr that was a professor at Harvard Medical School and worked at Mass General. It took me 20 years to find this out. I now avoid smart meters and dirty electricity, and when I stay away, my heart is fine.
That's amazing. Thanks for sharing 😊
Very interesting.. It's better to face your fears than create a comfort zone that will only make all your symptoms worse.
..
Yes, exactly 😊
I get palpitations, but I get this feeling of a pause followed by a big beat or thump. It is very, very horrifying. This usually sends me into a full blown panic attack!!! Lord help me

@@عليعلي-ن1خ3ص thank you so much for the reply. I will definitely look into these options. Thanks

I'd love to know what you think about my issue
by the way,I would really love to have therapy with you. you are such a wise person, so patient and you do advocate for the best for your patients.

Hi do you still want help?
OMG, i can relate and at the same time it still scares me. Chest pressure, dizziness, weird pinching that goes up my neck and to shoulders. I feel either a grip on my chest or heavy like a rock. Did 3 EKG in the last month and half, one Cray that included my belly and chest. Blood tests are ok. Why am I still scared that this time it will be different and I should worry. I end up taking pills to calm myself. I would like to feel safe in by mind and body, trust myself and live my life.
Just discovered this channel, I'm going go check more videos. Thank you for the content.

I said if i did that i would never get any excersise in
Anyway.
How long did you go without being diagnosed :( I’m scared bc untreated PH is so deadly but i think mines being sleep apnea

I can relate to this....
@@PaigePradkoTherapy awesome, I will definitely check it out, thank you! Do you think I should get any more testing?
I’m glad that you are motivated to work on this. If you need help, feel free to contact me at paigepradko.com
Thank you very informative specially when you loose a close family member ,

This was exactly mg experience! Blood work, two EKGs, CT scan of my head since I experienced vertigo and dizziness all the time, they said I was okay.. then I received my results and it said exactly the Same thing.. Left atrial enlargement.. I freaked out and has a very bad panic attack that lasted almost hours. My doctor referred me to a cardiologist to do an echocardiogram.
Hi Madam my case is very similar to Josh, after watching this video, i feel so better now.. thanks for the valuable information ❤
Glad it was helpful! 😊
Thank you so much for making this video its really appreciated.
Your dog is beautiful.
Thank you, Darren.😊
@@PaigePradkoTherapy My pleasure Paige.
