What is a Busted Canvas??? Let's Make One!

I've seen this somewhat new trend online called a Busted Canvas. I'm gong to try my hand at one tonight for the first time. It looks pretty simple (she says foolishly:) and has endless possibilities.

I just recently heard about them while I was at hobby lobby getting fabric. A lady was telling me that she just started this and I had never heard of it. She showed me a picture on her phone of when she had done and that was all I needed to see. I am so interested in doing one of these. I showed my husband as well and he is not into crafting but he wants to do one so bad so we are going to get our supplies tomorrow. I have the paper and everything. I just need the back canvas board unless there's another option but other than that I have everything else I need.

A FEW GIRLS AND I MADE SOME BUSTED CANVAS. SOME OF US USED FAIRY LIGHTS ON THE INSIDE BUT WE ALSO USED THE CANVAS FLATS AND THE STRETCHED CANVAS. THEY TURNED OUT REALLY CUTE. SOME DID HOLDAY THEMED , OTHERS DID THINGS THEY LIKED TO . I THINK THEY'LL ALL BE PICTURES FOR THE WALLS,.
