Please don’t worry what other people think about your moves from cottage and lodge and about hugging Ziggy. You are doing all the right things for both of you. Eventually it’s likely you’ll discover you don’t want to live anywhere else but in London. You can always go away on weekends to the countryside when you feel the need. Enjoy London and your fabulous new apartment!
The flat is great guys, love the idea of less stress and not having to spend all that time travelling, life is too short for that. I think the idea you have for the fabric in the wardrobes is great and will look much nicer, look forward to seeing the make over. Take care xxx

This apartment is lovely! I prefer it much more to The Lodge, especially comparing the kitchens. You definitely can mix your cottage-y decor with the modern; it will work aesthetically.☺

Hi Guys, personally I really don’t think you have to justify the way you want to live. I certainly get it. Life is busy. I think you have chosen really well and have great ideas going forward. The one thing I would say, do you find it very different with the dogs as you cannot open the door!! I would love to live there, really well kitted out with quality fittings. Best of luck xx

I recognise the interior of the apartment. I’ve seen them online. It’s a beautiful new build. And the amenities are great. I like the kitchens and bathrooms too. The apartments I saw were red or navy kitchens and one had an emerald green one. Beautiful space. it’s lovely to see you both a bit lighter overall in your moods?!? If you get what I’m saying. lol. Anyway take care of yourselves and enjoy this new chapter. Also I think you were trying to pronounce the Miele appliances that the apartment has. Pronounce it as Me-Lay. It’s the closet way to say it. I think it’s what you were referring to. ❤🎉 Enjoy your new apartment. It’s close to a lot of great shops and restaurants but that little area is slightly detached. It is slightly quieter for being in Central London.

We talk a lot about the reasoning in one of our previous videos. My work means I am here for the best part of 4 days a week, which has been really difficult travelling back and forth. Moving here will remove that and mean we have our ‘safe space’ much nearer to where I need to be which is so much better for our family life. So far we are loving it, and it has definitely relieved a lot of pressure ♥️
That apartment has a lovely feel. I live in Australia and there are so many restrictions when renting. You can't hang pictures and change stuff, etc. Are you able to do what you want with this apartment to make it feel more like yours and feel like home?
