If not ready to settle case in coumpundable case then, any ground for Quashing ???
Then you may file the quashing petition in High Court stating grounds regarding false FIR, with consultation of your lawyer
Sir gav mei doni party ki taraf se fir hui thi mei, mera jhuta nam likhba diya or dono party ne faisla bhi kr liya sdm office mei jakr hua, abhi daroga kah rha hei, fir cancel nhi hui, 50000rs rs ki demand kr rha hei.

I'm a student preparing for competitive exams but I have been falsely implicated under sections 323,504 and 506 of IPC ( it is a cross case, I've also made my opposition charged under sections 323,452,504 and 506 on the same day of dispute) and my opposition got FIR lodged against me through section 156(3) CRPC (after 8 months), means the Police didn't lodge FIR directly.
Since FIR against me is false that's why I have made petition u/s 482 CRPC in Allahabad highcourt for quashing the FIR but Highcourt has given stay order.
Sir, I'm very much tense about whether will I be eligible for getting government job specially of post like police SI and any other government job.
