This information is factually invaluable, before this stream even starts, what these absolute stud friggin heroes are doing is unheard of and exactly what the sport needed. Flo tried to monopolize it, ADCC wanted ruin and rob athletes. Craig and yous guys single handed saved the sport if you ask me.

B-team always needed a head coach. All good competitors have a coach guiding and improving their athletes. Dima might not be the best coach, but they needed a coach greatly.

How do you gauge heart rate of a round of you aren’t wearing some sort of heart rate monitors? Is it just kind of guess work?
I’m not Dima so I’m speculating , but I imagine the pros know where they wanna be or what each intensity feels like for them. But I’m sure for casuals he uses something like - Low = I should be able to have a conversation with my partner while rolling. Medium = you can say a couple to maybe a few words in between breaths. High = you can’t talk because all you wanna do is breathe.
