Because they are unique in their own way, you should listen to the other title song called "Badtitude" and also their 2 pre-debut "mini-songs" which are "Hurricane" and "+82". If you listen to these other 3 songs, you would say that they are not even close to being similar to YG sound, not even XG, like maybe just some similarities but not even that much!
This group is insane they have 2 former professional dancers / choreographers,2 girls from a a tv show who are all rounders , and 3 other girls who can hold there own wait in singing and dancing they’ll be going big forsure.

Dude, if I didn't know who they were and someone said that this was from YG, I would have bought it! Yes, it's a new group so they hit a bit different but it's pretty similar to the YG formula? I'm curious to hear what they have to offer for their next release! Blackpink was on Tour for literally a year, they always take a break after such a massive Tour! Individually, they are all working on projects of their own this year which is pretty awesome! Next year is going to be another chapter for Blackpink!
BABYMONS7ER is going to be releasing new music in July with a full album at the end of the year! Right now they are promoting their first mini album at Fan-Meetings in several countries in and around Asia! Let's not forget that they only recently debuted as OT7 IN APRIL!
Gotta check out Bad Villian's Badtitude! Anotha banger. I get the similiarity with the YG sound on this title track, but with Badtititude is definitely more of their color - sound can't compare to another gg so it's refreshing

It sounds like so much like many others and that's including visual/set. Hope a future song and video is them. I'm sure they are incredible in their own sound but this is a mix chop of so many clear influences its eh.

We all see things our own way, right? Myself, I see and hear a K-pop group, and there are bound to be similarities among the many groups, naturally.
