Wall is being construct in the form of layer of bricks. 1st Course means when we provide 1st layer of bricks.
After that we will provide 2nd layer of bricks (i.e. 2nd Course) and so on 3,4,.....
If you still not understand then tell me I'll elaborate it more precisely.

Dekho Agar Aap Phli Layer Provide kroge Brick ki to vo 1 Course hi khlayegi na, Or isme hm 1,3,5 isliye bolte h Kyonki hr 1 course k baad bond style ko change kr dete Hain, Yani ki jo bond style aap 2nd course mein provide krne wale the usko 1st course mein bhi provide kr skte ho, To aap 135 ki bond style ko 246 ki bhi style bol skte ho and 246 ki bond style ko 135, Agar or koi Problem ho to puch skte ho

Hey nice video, but one question why the alignment in T junction is not matching in 1st and 2 nd course.

Because, You have to provide bond there.
If you put bricks as Same as 1st Course then, So it is difficult to provide bond there.

When we provides One layer of Brick, it's called 1st Course and 1,3,5,7 Courses are same. And after 1st course we provide 2nd Course and change the direction of brick (Àccording to Stretcher and Head) to provide a Strong Bond. So therefore 2 successive courses are not same but 2 alternative Courses are same
